I have been out of my sleeping medicine for a week. The pharmacy requested a refill weeks ago, and I have called and gone in person this week and still the doctor hasn't been around to sign my script. Not sure why they said they can manage medicine when they infact are not managing it. I am exhausted. This has been an ongoing issue for months with the late refills, however this is the latest it has been.

Literally the WORST experience with physicians EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve come here. I would suggest going elsewhere. These doctors here have NO bedside manner extremely rude and definitely not disability friendly in my experiences here. Every time I come here I leave in tears.

Yesterday, I was informed by them that they’d get my refill request sent right over. Today, I receive a voicemail from a nurse wanting to discuss the request. I have a lifelong condition that is on file there and is not curable and the longer I wait to begin the medication, the worse it gets..and fast. Today, after waiting a total of over an hour, and the line being disconnected THREE times, I’m told that they won’t authorize the request because my former PCP isn’t there any longer and a new PCP replaced her and it’s been a bit over a year since I’ve been seen. Im more than willing to have my annual, I just need this medication asap in the meantime. Meanwhile, I’m stuck suffering, with my condition worsening by the hour, without the antiviral meds that I’m needing. I will be finding a new PCP. I understand and empathize with things being hectic in our current climate, but I cannot tolerate the insensitivity, the lack of patient-centeredness, and being told something that is false, then being told something completely different at 3:30pm on a Friday, leaving me with no options. Awful service and unorganized, inconsiderate staff. They have a very broken system there.

After 6 months of trying to get my daughter vaccine records here. Finally one person cared enough to look into. She found her records filed in a incorrect spot which is why my daughter is 7 months late in her vaccines. Thank you Savanna for actually caring enough to look deeper for me.

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of care I received here. Was seen for initial evaluation to establish care. The next time i called with a concern was told to go to the ER. My next 2 phone calls went unanswered. The last time i called with a concern and asked to be seen, was told there were no appointments available and should go to ER. If this is the only resolution i have from my Primary Care Physicians office, it is truly a disappointment and the staff may need to be reevaluated. I could have been offered a lab visit if nothing less. I do not have state insurance and can not afford to use the ER for my primary care needs. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

This facility is nothing but a bunch of quacks. Student doctors AKA interns/residents, had nothing but grief for the last 2 yrs. 2 MRI's & it's been 2 months since the last 1 , I still haven't seen a pain mgt specialist for my chronic pain, 6 virtebre in my back 4 of which were compression fractured also my neck injuries, no fractures, 2x whiplash and now I had Basil Cell skin cancer, the plastic surgeon had to remove large amounts of bad tissue resulting in muscle loss & nerve damage, this was a year ago, I have limited range of motion in my neck & R shoulder & am still in constant pain.

I got turned away for being past 10 mins late. Even though I was at the reception desk giving updated info for 5 mins. We have been left in the exam rooms on multiple occasions waiting 30 plus minutes and an explanation of they forgot about us.

Every month I go through the exact same thing with one medication, especially on Friday’s when it won’t be able to get refilled due to closure on weekends. It’s now 4:35 on Friday. The pharmacy sent a request to Dr. Dalili on Wednesday and again on Thursday. After the pharmacy telling me they still haven’t received anything I called Wesley & they said they never got Wednesdays request, only Thursdays & they need 72 hours because the residents aren’t there everyday. Residents are supposed to have full fledged MD’s supervising them. How does that work? What are they actually doing if they’re letting patient’s medications run out? I’ll now go 3 days without medication unless this is resolved in the next 20 minutes. This is horrible patient care. Dr. Dalili also canceled my follow-up appointment in October. Anyway, Wesley Medical Customer service said she’d have the nurse call me. I’ve been an RN for 28 years & there is no reason a patient should not be able to get a refill when their medication is out. Seek competent healthcare elsewhere. I know that’s what I’m going to do. Update: 5:10pm, no call from nurse, no prescription, Thanksgiving week is next week. Wish me luck.

My family has been attending this clinic for the past two almost three years. We love the staff and doctors. They take the time to figure out our unique medical issues. Very supportive and listen to us.

I liked this place until recently. They have no appointments available. Nothing. They won't schedule me and I'm about to run out of medication for my multiple sclerosis. Supposedly, they sent in a referral for a new neurologist, but that was a month ago and nothing has happened. I'm exponentially disappointed in this practice. Also, they missed a lot of things in my last appointment. My last doctor was not good.

Horrible! Doctor was super rough with my baby and I didn't care for that. Also super pushy when I said no to certain things, my baby my choice.

If you're a Dr. stick to giving medical advice, that's what you are trained for. Don't need your personal opinions!

Started off really bad however it was due to my past doctor dropping me over money, so I went in to Wesley family medicine for help and I was actually in withdrawals due to running out of my controlled seizure/anxiety meds, point is I couldn't verbalize myself to Dr gehring and was basically rambling, due to this I didn't mention my seizure problem and they wanted to cut my meds so I went through a week of problems, complaining and calling EMS . Finally I had a re-evaluation and was put back on the correct dose and given a referral for further treatment. Dr.gehring ended up being a great DR however I did not know they are students and was getting frustrated however they stayed the course maintained excellent notes on my issues and never hesitated to make my health there first priority. GOD bless guy's and I pray in the future I can get in with the doctor's best suited for my issues however I recommend Wesley family medicine if you need medical attention that requires Patience and caring. Lastly the nursing staff is second to none! Edward James cavanaugh

When the nurse was asking me why I needed to be seen and I was telling her, she stated that I could only be seen for 1 issue due to insurance. Yet days prior that wasn't the case as I went over a few reasons and the Dr suggested we go over the MOST important at that time & schedule another appointment in a few days for the others. That's what I did. I felt like I couldn't have multiple issues at once because my insurance wouldn't cover the bill. I've never had that before.

I’m only leaving this place because I am moving. Baby docs are the best!!! They are thorough, have all the latest knowledge, and are enthusiastic.

This office has been good. I see a different doctor every time, but you can request to just stick with one provider. They are very thorough. I had a well woman exam and an IUD removal with no issues. The nurses are very kind and caring, I haven't met one who isn't at this location. The front desk is nice and helpful. Waits can be long though. From calling, to waiting to be called back, to waiting for the doctor to come in the room. I feel that means they are thorough and inevitably run behind. Oh, and I wanted to mention the guy who takes your blood is also very nice. He actually listened when I told him they have issues on one arm, rather than arguing with me. I appreciate that!

If you haven't been seen in over a year no matter what the illness I'd say continuing care for that long was very generous of this office. You need to be seen at least every 6 months for any condition. They work at great lengths with many patients but when they are simply calling in medications, especially for a year, I seriously doubt it goes on the doctors pay. This sounds like a 5 star system to me, healthcare workers who actually care. I think it's selfish to expect any different and not being seen in over a year is detrimental to your health, period.

Have been on hold for over half an hour - i have a simple (not medical) question and I got dumped into a phone tree. They should hire some office staff.

👍👍 Very pleased with the excellent care I received from Dr. Mansoor and Vannie. 😐 My Doctor is great, his nurses are great. The staff in the lab is great. The issue is getting an appointment. I have waited on hold for an hour only to be hung up on. This has happened several times. I have also left messages asking to be called back to make an appointment and no one calls back. Ve...

😠 I have been seeing Dr. Claudia Wendell since 2012. I went in to see her about two weeks ago and had the worst visit of my life. When she entered the room she did not ask how I was doing. I brought up a couple of symptoms I was experiencing; long term head cold and facial dermatitis. While she was ch...

😠 The receptionists are rude and do not like to work with you at all. It would be nice to be told over the phone what it’s needed before your appointment rather than saying “that’s why we have posters here”. 😐 I believe I found this doctor on my insurance website when I had insurance. When I had insurance, it was great, it would have been five stars. When I lost insurance it was over.
