If I could give zero stars I would. I took my husband and son to this clinic the front desk is very rude. The nurses and so called doctors have no idea what they are doing at all when my son was seen they did no exam on him at all never asked what was going on with him they told him there was nothing wrong with him never bothered to check took less then five minutes my husband got the same treatment from the so called doctors. Glad I took them somewhere else. I do not recommend this clinic at all will not be going back to them for any reason. Poor excuse for a medical clinic

This is going to be the worst doctor I've been to and I've been to a few because my insurance keeps switching me around. it's obvious they don't care anything about you or how you feel you're nothing but paperwork and phone calls that you have to wait for weeks and weeks to be done because they do not care and they are very judgmental they don't listen they don't read your history they do nothing for me and other people I should have never gone here but Julie elder was a great doctor she is at the downtown one wish I still had her

This office would probably get better reviews if the receptionist (girls) at front desk/check in were more personable. Their telephone skill also lack. Doctors and nurses are awesome. Lab tech/ phlebotomist, Romey, is above them all. If you don’t like her, then you need to take a look at yourself.

After multiple days trying to get a person to answer to even make an appointment.. finally got one. Then the day I come in they said my insurance was not valid. After I spent over 30 minutes getting through to them,, and I do have active service, it was after appointment time. Even more frustrating,, other people were allowed to have their appointment without paying, yet I was refused since I couldn't pay.

I was turned away with emergency dental pain, for lack of money. Waited an hour for them to tell me that. They don't serve people, they serve money.

Front desk ladies are the rudest. Said they were unable to be seen and suggested me go to hunter health. This is insane. You would think they help you for the slightest inconvenience but couldn’t even handle a phone call. Lady hung up on me. What a great way to resolve an issue. Let’s hang uP!!!!!

Avoid Dr. Keefer He was unprofessional,kept muttering under his breath "when I had my own practice...." I don't know what that was about. He treated the nurse and I very rudely. He yelled at me about the previous eye doctor not catching my narrow angle glaucoma but he was the eye doctor that examined me last.... His attitude was that of a person who was on court ordered service and he was not happy. He also traumatized my eye and I was unable to leave the facility for over 4 hours due to not being able to see out my right eye. When I went back in to ask for assistance he yelled at me and said it was my fault that my eye was injured because I blinked during the examination. I reported his poor treatment an d unprofessional behavior. I was asked if I wanted a follow up from management regarding this situation. I said yes and never have heard anything back. No apology. He also accused me of fighting him. The director of the facility laughed when I repeated what he had said to me. I don't fight with anyone. I was raised to be non violent and I only weigh 105 ponds. I do not recommend this doctor or this facility. Save up your money and go anywhere else. Negative stars for poor patient treatment and no promised follow up.

They called 30 mins before scheduled appointment time to change time and location of my appointment but yet I have to call 24 hrs in advance to not get marked as no show if I want to change time or place. Once I get to my appointment I wait an hr and half to be called back and another 30 mins for the Dr. Once I tell the Dr my issue he tells me it's all in my head. Thanks grace med 👍😄 if I could give zero stars I would. Wouldn't waste my time or money here. Drs shouldn't be telling patients it's in their head!!

I'm so frustrated with this office. My 3 year old and I arrive to his appointment (on time) at the Ablah clinic to a very busy lobby. We wait in line and when we get to the receptionist, she tells me to sign him in and they'll get my little one checked in as soon as they can. I do and then we go sit in the lobby and wait. And wait. And wait. I work for a medical office and I understand that sometimes things get backed up. I'm patient and doing my best to contain the energy of my 3 year old. But after an HOUR I go back up to the receptionist and ask if we'll be seen soon only to find out that we were never checked in. She forgot. She actually said she looked up just a couple of minutes ago, saw us sitting over there, and remembered that she never checked me in. I then learn that at this point its too late for them to see my child and they offer to reschedule. (Which is more time I have to take off work.) But my child needs the appointment so we work out a different date that i can come in. Then as she's rescheduling she says that she'll make sure that this is not counted as a "no show" to the appointment against me! At this point, I'm flabbergasted, angry, and have a 3 year old who is unraveling and going home untreated.

Tried to go back to get on my medication after my previous clinic closed down and they referred me to addiction services. Do not go here! Really disappointed in their system.

I had three teeth taken out in two weeks...I wish I knew the lady's name that took them out. She made me feel important and made me comfortable for the procedure...thank you I'll definitely be back. You guys are awesome!!!! I still feel wise even tho you took out my last two wisdom teeth....lol

First time at this location. I didn't have to wait long. I was seen by Tammy Brewer. She was patient and attentive. Romy in the lab was exceptional. She is very good at what she does. Jose up front is hilarious. I even told him a joke about a lady on the bus who could not speak or hear. 😆

I have been looking for a foot Dr. for awhile and finally found one here at this clinic.I was so amazed at how he treated me he went above and beyond at helping me that I will never go any where else! He is kind and tells you everything on what he's doing. I've needed this for yrs and he has done it all! I recommend him highly and I owe him a lot... Thanks Dr Arash Arabi your the best....🤗

Had an optometry appointment here today, and I was very impressed with how personable everyone was (front desk included). I asked a lot of questions and got thorough, complete answers. I also feel the team did a great job of communicating my concerns, and going the extra mile to allay both my concerns and their own, to make sure I got the right prescription. I'm usually a grumbly patient who doesn't want to go to the doctor if I'm not absolutely miserable, so I imagine my dislike of clinics might come across as a bit ungrateful in appearance, but I wanted to say: You are appreciated. Thank you for your work.

So far everything is great! I see Dr. Munsell. She handles my diabetes and BP needs. Always listens and does what she can to help. Romey, that does the blood work, is the absolute sweetest creature! She is quick and her sticks are painless. This means a lot to me as I am terrified of getting my blood drawn. Wonderful people all around.

The receptionist are ALL very caring and helpful to the best of their abilities. Even when they couldn’t help my situation, they showed empathy and great customer service. I recommend this clinic, especially for dental care.

The doctor, nurses, and staff where amazing! I went in for my ingrown toe nail and they really made sure I could not feel anything before they cut it!! I’ve gone to another clinic and I’ve fainted because they did not numb it right so I really am very appreciative for their attentiveness and their care! I would make this my primary clinic if it wasn’t so far. 5/5

They always text or call with reminders before your appointment. Dr. Menoza was quick and polite. Dental Hygienist Sarah worked me in for a tooth cleaning and did a fantastic job. She was friendly and polite. Thanks guys, Sean C.

My left eye was killing me. Never felt anything quite like it. They took me in and the Dr irrigated my eye so quickly I almost had to go back to them for whiplash. My experience was amazing there and I hope everyone receives the same care as I did. Thank you so very much, y'all are rock stars as far as I'm concerned.
