I've been a patient at Antioch Med since they opened in 2016, and I can never look at medical care in the same way. At the beginning it took a while to get used to- it honestly felt like the type of care only the elite would get. But here I am ( not Oprah😌), and I have access to my doctor (Nick) 24/7, and he KNOWS me. He doesn't just remember small health history details- his genuine care about his patients allows him the capacity to develop relationships with them beyond the usual rushed, impersonal, 15 minute appointment you're used to in most practices. Short example of my experience: My husband was on the phone with Dr. Nick around midnight,on a Friday, while Dr.Nick was out of town on vacation with his family.I had developed an infection and he was able to send prescriptions to a 24 hour pharmacy, and I got to avoid an emergency room visit(and huge bill). There's so much I could and want to say, but I'll try to just shorten it to this: At Antioch Med you get truly cared for,listened to, and advocated for. You have direct lines of communication with your doctor. You will never feel like you are being rushed through an appointment. **Crazy fact: your doctor sees you at the time they schedule you 🤯 The price for membership/labs/medications/procedures is insanely low.Check out their FB for examples! I don't even want to say how much more I spend at Starbucks 🙈 The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. You're seen when you need to be seen*** not when they "have an opening" two months down the road. It's hard to express the feeling I have knowing that I will be taken care of, no matter what comes up. Antioch Med/ Dr. Nick are truly a blessing.

This place is amazing . I have never experienced a more thorough and interactive Dr. visit until today . I didn’t even have to sit down in the waiting room after I checked in at the counter . I never knew such a place existed. Paying a reasonable membership fee for services provided by people that truly care about your health . Dr. Cooper was so nice and did an outstanding job explaining the unbelievable services they provide . He took time asking my 9 year old questions about his health , activities and things he likes to do . He even remembered my husband whom he had not seen in a year. The nurse took my sons vitals right after checking us in . Still blown away by that . It feels like family very personal , comfortable and a great vibe over there . I am truly thankful and very impressed. If you want the best primary care by people that care and take time with you … go see them!

Since becoming a member of Antioch med, I've met with my doctor (Dr Cooper) one time. Out initial phone interview went really well. He listens intently to what your history is, your current health and family life and he is very genuine in his concern, treatment, and diagnosis. I've met one other person who I feel is as concerned and genuine as he is about my health and I married her. The style of this office is way different than anything you've encounteed. No wait in the waiting room...no unnecessary trips to the ER bc you can call,text or email your doctor to discuss what's going on and decide at the time if an ER trip is what you need. It's so easy to communicate with the person you're trusting with your life and health with. I haven't experienced anything like it before. The pricing is quite fair for what you get and the medicine on site is cheaper than dirt. If you're considering Antioch Med, I assure you...you won't be sorry.

We recently moved here and just started seeing Dr. Jennifer Wipperman, and I never write reviews but I had to write one for her! She’s been absolutely amazing, I never knew a doctor could be so thorough and caring! She spent so much time with each member of my family, learning everything about our medical history and addressing every thought or concern I’ve ever had. She even called me the next day to follow up on some of the things we had discussed. The level of time and care is just phenomenal, she has helped my family more in a few days than any other doctor has our whole lives combined! I can’t say enough about how impressed I am and how happy I am that we found Antioch Med and Dr. Wipperman!

We recently moved to Wichita and were grateful to find affordable healthcare through Antioch Med. We have felt very welcomed there! They truly care and take the time to listen.

Very uncomfortable experience with my doctor. Office workers and nurses were very kind, but my doctor crossed SO MANY BOUNDARIES during a pap exam. Avoid Dr. Jennifer. ( I forgot her last name) The first meeting with her she actually guilted me into health advise because that’s what “she does for her family”. And then actually gave me gross looks and snotty facial expressions when I stayed silent. When I got my pap, she actually gave me trauma I’m still dealing with today, and wish I could sue due to the underlying trauma this one exam caused me. It started with her complementing my jewelry during my breast exam ( first off, don’t do that while feeling someone for cancerous lumps. Focus on your job, not my accessories!) and then continued to ask what was in it for some reason. It was my cats ashes. When I awkwardly had to tell her she then continues to ask what kind of cat he was. She just wouldn’t stop talking even though I was clearly uncomfortable by these questions as she’s feeling my breast. And then I started tearing up and told her he just died a few days ago I can’t talk about it him. And her response was “oh okay. Well, let’s do this.” And then WENT DOWN TO DO MY PAP IMMEDIATELY! I felt so gross after. No apology. Nothing. I never went back to this place again. It’s like she had to fill the silent void with awkward compliments and conversation, and had no boundaries on the topics, which is an awful characteristic of your doctor, who performs many exams on you and should make you feel comfortable when they touch you. They also have no clue on their pricing, and tell you something’s free and then you get a bill in the mail months later. Terrible company.

I met with Kayla the Nurse Practitioner and she was Awesome. I never even sat in the waiting room. I was taken right in and was seen right away. Plus the best thing ever is they listen to my concerns and addressed them right then. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

When our agency changed to Antioch from Insurance I was very skeptical to say the least. Now I am so happy and relieved to have Dr. Cooper as my physician. He has provided more care to me to improve some of my healthcare issues in 6 months than my previous physician did in 6 years. Dr. Cooper and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and easily accessed. I am so happy to have Dr. Cooper and Antioch taking care of my healthcare needs.

I use to dread the doctors office in general, BUT then I met Kayla at Antioch! The help from Kayla has seriously helped me improve my life. I feel heard/understood, never judged and actually cared for. The front desk crew is very kind & make it a pleasant place to be. The help at Antioch is genuine and rare! Thank you Antioch! Seriously!!!

We have loved taking our children to Dr. Cooper at Antioch Med. This model of care is wonderful. We are prior military and always had a difficult time getting in for appointments particularly when our children were sick. As a mom, knowing I could text, call, email and actually get an appointment and timely response with the same doctor is something I am incredibly grateful for.

Our family of four sees Doc Cooper, and we are more than happy with how accommodating he is with our girls and how thorough he answers our questions. The best thing he’s done has been to research something to back up his point while I’m in the room, and talk it through with us. I appreciate that he double and triple checks what he tells us. I especially love our nurse, Ciara. We have a newborn and a threenager, and every time I come in she’s been patient and helpful and has helped me juggle them both with her kind words and calm direction. She does her job extremely well, and this last time I came in for my baby’s immunizations she and the woman who helped her administer the shots both soothed ME afterwards. 10/10 for them both. Dr. Nick is amazing and truly cares and listens to his patients! He took the time to sit down and explain things and listen. I have not ever had that much time to sit down with a doctor. The program they have built is amazing and affordable especially for those without insurance. Highly recommend and happy I found a doctor that truly provides amazing holistic care!

Antioch Med is the best medical care I have ever received! The doctors and staff go above and beyond. The doctors are never rushed which allows them to get to know my family on a personal level and give top notch care; I can easily contact my doctor by text, call, or email with a quick response; there is zero to little wait time at appointments; medication is automatically refilled and mailed to my house. I am just so impressed!

Dr. Nick and all of the staff have been the most kind, caring, and attentive healthcare professionals I have ever had. Equally important is the time that they take with each patient. Other doctors will see you in ten minutes and then you are rushed out the door. Dr Nick gives you full attention for an hour. He explains everything in detail in layman's terms, and you can text if you need to, as well. The program that they have for people without insurance is truly brilliant and groundbreaking. The monthly payments are very reasonable, and many of the prescriptions can be filled from the office inexpensively.

Dr. Nick Tomsen and his staff have been such a blessing to our family over the last five years. He goes above and beyond and takes the time to explain things in a way we can understand. He took the time to talk to my son about concussions before football season and encouraged me to try intermittent fasting for weight gain. I’m so glad he did! I’m 40 now and things are getting harder, but I’ve lost 9lbs in 10 weeks and this is something I can continue for the rest of my life. Thanks Dr. Nick!

We have benefited from the brilliant model of direct primary care as patients at Antioch Med since 2016. The excellent level of care we received since then has not changed. We trusted Dr. Nicholas Tomsen to deliver both our babies and he has cared for us genuinely for everything in between. The nurses and staff are kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. We highly recommend Antioch Med to all our of friends, family, and neighbors.

Yesterday was my first visit to Antioch Med and the staff and Dr.Cooper made me me feel so welcome and comfortable as soon as I came in the door, they truly listened to all of my concerns with out making me feel judged or that my ideas where wrong. I highly recommend this clinic it's definitely way more then just going to a doctor it's a family 🤗
