I went to the the gym this night January 01 22 aroun 130 am i had bad experience then i never had before it was in the front desk the manager of the gym working in there and he has his dog with him and the dog came to many time close to me and he not even sais excuse my dog and he has the music so loud if someone ine no who is his top manager let me know causethat guy was so roud and i went to the restroom and live my gym bag. Close to the machines i was working and he to3 it and trou mu bag out said and i was the onl3 person working out there . he was complain about gym bgs but i don't know then u can have u dog in there

When my contract was over, they gave me a runaround about not continuing my contract and charged me the new yearly membership fee even though I had no interest in continuing with a membership. The people at this location did not have time to help me figure out a solution and were quite rude about it when they advised me that their manager was out, even though I was told earlier in the day that he'd be in later...good thing I called back to follow up. I ended up calling the S Seneca location and, even though they couldn't personally help me, they were at least kind and attempted to get results from someone higher up. N Amidon customer service was very poor!!!! I'll never be back!

I have to hunt the staff down every morning to use my black card privileges. The staff members are constantly hiding out in the bathrooms or working out and entirely too busy to help paying customers. I should be getting reimbursed for not having access to black card benefits 24/7 if I am unable to use them daily because staff is too busy for customers. The "temporary" out of order signs on equipment and other amenities, definitely redefines the word temporary. These signs remain on equipment for months before they are actually repaired or operable. We need another 24 hour gym in the 21st and Amidon area so people can avoid this place!!! Much like Genesis... they keep taking $$$ from accounts long after membership is canceled, so they are hard to quit. The staff member this morning was refusing to set up tanning bed because I am rude. I am rude for verbalizing that I am tired of hunting staff down to perform part of their job in Customer Service. As I read through the other reviews from customers... i see the same complaints time and time again. I see alot of apologies from "owner"! Where are the resolutions????? Apologies are good once!! You are making a public display of concern but not resolving the issues for your paying customers!! Put some QR readers on the tanning beds/massage chairs so black card members can access without employee assistance if staffing is an issue and you can't have employees assist customers 24/7. No worries "owner"!! Update: canceled my membership after 10 years of Black Card membership and have had my bank block any more money transactions to Planet Fitness. Owner and managers prefer this over resolutions!!

I visited this location for the first and last time yesterday. While I was working out a worker broke my personal lock off my locker because someone missed placed their keys. They gave complete access to every locker to a complete stranger. This person could have claimed anything was theirs. Not only did they let someone go through my mine and everybody’s else’s things they left the lockers unattended when they were done. Anyone could have stolen my things. The worker acted like it was no big deal but I felt completely violated. There’s signs encouraging us to put locks on the lockers for a reason.

The old lady working 12/30/22 at 5pm is wretched. Horrible experience I checked in computer made a sound she said all good. Went on to work out then came and got me and said I need to come back to the front. Later went to tan showing her my eyewear then asks to see it. Then I have to resign a waiver to tan that I have already signed. She is not doing okay.

Horrible experience. Still judgemental when I went in I felt especially from the staff. The people who work at a gym you would think they hit the gym and are about it but idk what do I know right? 🤔 I don't think I'll be back because I won't grow at this type of gym. Not enough weights too. Low weights and still people stare if you doing your thing.

A good fitness center, nice fans, pretty well kept up with maintenance... the janitorial could use a bit of work... tends to be out of soap and toilet paper in the restrooms frequently

The older lady MO is an aggressive person. She got really aggressively asked my mother this morning about not giving my informatiaon. Tried to kick me out of the gym because I ddnt "sign in". Even though my mom has a Black Membership which pays for you to bring a guest. She has poor customer relation skills. She became loud and agressive and badgered my mother about how she likes to follow the rules. She became insulting saying she had "issues"I have autism and don't particularly like to be given instant anxiety at 5 am over something that is not legally required. This woman went out of her way to create an aggressive environment, she became combative and argumentative in public in front of other consumers. When we went to pay for water she displayed a facetious apology and my mother went off and told her for the 5th time to back up away from her as she kept approaching her aggressively like she wanted to hit her. We will not be back. It's unsafe for people with Autism. The co workers have even quit because they don't like working with her as they have advised us of her Biased racial prejudice. Spend your money at GENISIS. OR YMCA.

The worst upkeep on a gym I’ve ever seen. The water fountains have been broken for months. The A/C is broken for days and everyone is sweating waterfalls with no water. The toilet paper is completely out in every stall. The tv screens are frozen half the time. I’ve brought these complaints to staff and nothing has changed. This location is pathetic compared to the others.

Always have loved Planet Fitness. Except this one, I told the manager three times that the showers are cold. Ugh.

They just did a huge remodel of this location and it looks sharp! Love coming here to workout with my friend.

I chatted with the general manager about a member service and he was so rude and blew me off as a member. So sad as the facility is really nice. Too bad the general manager is not nice and has a grudge against members for some reason. He does not listen and does not care about members. Very arrogant person which is sad.

Staff is always friendly. I try to go at less crowded times to have a peaceful trip but even going during busy times every one is respectful and polite. Very worth the membership

I love coming here. It's always clean and well equipped. It looks amazing after the recent remodel they had. And they have added some new things in the Black card area. The management is great and the staff is always friendly.

Went in with my wife and all they wanted was to up sale my wife .never even spoke to me until I said no. Here's what we are looking for and you don't offer it anymore unless we pay more money .no thanks.

Overall solid gym for the money. Employees could be a little more friendly and outgoing considering it’s Kansas. Manager is very nice to.

I had recently encountered a transfer issue while transferring to a New York location and Mo with customer service was truly one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. She told me what the issue was which I was paying for two planet fitness memberships, and she resolved it within seconds. She was super helpful and I recommend anyone with any issues ever to reach out to her!

Cryo bed doesn't work, wellness pod doesn't work, one massage bed doesn't work. First time trying this place and as soon as we walked in this lady lectured us about guest not checking in first, mine never has. Got to hear some long stoey about people using gues pass alone. I was like lady, can we workout now??? Chill. We go to Maize Road. I'll never try another location after this experience. This place is not worth the extra drive.

Been coming here for a few months. Ever since the new guy Eric has been there the welcoming has been better as well as my overall experience. I can appreciate how clean he keeps the place. Very hard worker.

"The judgement free zone" Let me tell u they take that seriously. You're not even allowed to judge yourself in this facility. Everyone here is perfect just the way they are. Everything on the walls is designed around making sure any inkling of self doubt or unhappiness is ignored. I suppose that could be a good thing for some, but it seems to me the entire purpose of a gym is self improvement. I don't feel like this gym, the entire franchise really, allows you to be critical of anything. This includes yourself. The facility is clean. Lots of televisions to watch while doing cardio. Staff is friendly as long as your shirt has sleeves. Dumbbells and a leg press are the only real free weights. Good place to start your fitness journey i suppose, but not a great long term option if you ask me.

Friendly and professional staff to assist you 24/7. They really are great and the atmosphere is amazing, great place to get a good session in.

Great place to workout, with a judgement free zone and clean equipment. Best time to workout is early morning.
