I
have
to
hunt
the
staff
down
every
morning
to
use
my
black
card
privileges.
The
staff
members
are
constantly
hiding
out
in
the
bathrooms
or
working
out
and
entirely
too
busy
to
help
paying
customers.
I
should
be
getting
reimbursed
for
not
having
access
to
black
card
benefits
24/7
if
I
am
unable
to
use
them
daily
because
staff
is
too
busy
for
customers.
The
"temporary"
out
of
order
signs
on
equipment
and
other
amenities,
definitely
redefines
the
word
temporary.
These
signs
remain
on
equipment
for
months
before
they
are
actually
repaired
or
operable.
We
need
another
24
hour
gym
in
the
21st
and
Amidon
area
so
people
can
avoid
this
place!!!
Much
like
Genesis...
they
keep
taking
$$$
from
accounts
long
after
membership
is
canceled,
so
they
are
hard
to
quit.
The
staff
member
this
morning
was
refusing
to
set
up
tanning
bed
because
I
am
rude.
I
am
rude
for
verbalizing
that
I
am
tired
of
hunting
staff
down
to
perform
part
of
their
job
in
Customer
Service.
As
I
read
through
the
other
reviews
from
customers...
i
see
the
same
complaints
time
and
time
again.
I
see
alot
of
apologies
from
"owner"!
Where
are
the
resolutions?????
Apologies
are
good
once!!
You
are
making
a
public
display
of
concern
but
not
resolving
the
issues
for
your
paying
customers!!
Put
some
QR
readers
on
the
tanning
beds/massage
chairs
so
black
card
members
can
access
without
employee
assistance
if
staffing
is
an
issue
and
you
can't
have
employees
assist
customers
24/7.
No
worries
"owner"!!
Update:
canceled
my
membership
after
10
years
of
Black
Card
membership
and
have
had
my
bank
block
any
more
money
transactions
to
Planet
Fitness.
Owner
and
managers
prefer
this
over
resolutions!!
