Sr. Master Neil Beisel randomly steals money from your bank account MONTHS after your contract has ended without any explanation, invoice, call, text email, NOTHING. When you confront him he blackmails you for more money!! I would NEVER recommend conducting any business with Sr. Master Neil Beisel. He is incredibly dishonorable man for many reasons that is not my business to disclose. However, I will disclose that he is a THIEF. ANYONE WHO HAS EVER HAD A CONTRACT WITH EMPOWER-CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS IMMEDIATELY!!! TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO AN HONORABLE SCHOOL, TEACHER & FACILITY!!

We have loved watching our son grow in the short time that we have been members of Team Empower. In January our 4 year old learned about smart goals to have, in February he worked on his manners, and in March he has worked on focus. Every month he has really taken in what he's been taught and is acting so much better at home. He has learned his phone number, address, and his parents first and last names. They are constantly giving him challenges and our son has loved working on them! Mrs.Howell has great energy during her mini master classes and the children love the class!! Thank you Team Empower, we are so glad we signed up!

If you haven’t joined Empower Martial Arts, you are truly missing out. They go far beyond just teaching Taekwondo. They have taught my kids essential life skills and helped improve overall focus and confidence. This year one of my children struggled with getting bullied in school. The instructors were very supportive and encouraging. They went above and beyond to rebuild confidence and give her the tools she needed to defend herself. They are truly invested in the growth of each student and what’s going on in their lives. Empower Martial Arts has become our home away from home. We have made amazing friendships in an environment that feels more like family to us. Our only regret is not joining sooner.

My grandson enjoys it . However with school started it’s hard to get to the 5 o’clock sessions so we don’t get to utilize our monthly fee

Empower Martial Arts is AMAZING! Seriously they are more than just a martial arts studio. My son (6) has been doing taekwondo since June 2022. The positivity and self love that they reenter-ate is wonderful. They have the kids do weekly tasks and good deeds and my son has taken these weekly goals and just flourish with them. I absolutely love how much my son has grown. Thank you so much Team Empower East we love you!!!!

We bring our 10 year old daughter and she loves it! The staff and very nice and they are great with helping children learn, not only Taekwondo, but also great life skills. I highly recommend bringing your kid to check it out. They also offer free classes before you join to make sure your child is into it before you decide. All around great place! Can’t wait for the new location to open!

I can not say enough positive things about EMPOWER. My two girls (8 and 5) are getting so much benefit out of attending classes. In addition to marital arts and the ability to defend themselves should they ever find themselves in an unsafe situation, Empower classes teach students important life skills such as confidence, positive discipline and respect for themselves and others. As a mom to two young girls, these classes are going to help to ensure that my girls will grow up to be independent, fierce and strong ladies. Empowers ability to foster positive growth while also embracing the spirit of community is incredible. I would highly recommend their classes (and the sense of community that comes with it) to any and all in the Greater Wichita area.

I started working at Empower as a part time summer camp coach. A part time job has turned into a full time family! I am in awe of how many awesome kids attend the programs and how our instructors work so hard to reach everyone of them!

My 8 year grandson started in the summer program and now takes the classes. He loves it!

We recommend Empower to everyone! Our 7-year-old absolutely loves to go to class twice a week. The staff takes great pride in building a foundation for participants involving discipline, helping others (anti-bullying), and respect. The staff is also very warm and welcoming and involved with each individual. The communication with families is also outstanding. It has been one of the best choices we have ever made. I feel very fortunate to have found Empower and Sr. Master Neil Beisel. The relationship the staff has with the parents and students speak volumes! They have fostered an incredible environment! And it shows in the support the teachers give the students the students show each other. My granddaughter loves it. I think they are amazing!

Be aware of fraudulent misrepresentation. Their representatives are instructed to give misleading information. They’ll encourage you with deceptive intent to sign up for a membership that you’re locked into, after reeling you in with FREE advertisements. They’ll tell you, you can cancel anytime but that is a complete LIE. One of their representatives knowingly gave my family and I false & recklessly misrepresentation of their policy. She tricked us in to entering into a 6 month contract. To begin with, My family and I were reluctant to signing up due to a conflict in timing, and she had a concerned sales person like rebuttal. Since our kids session would start at 5 pm it would be difficult for us to be on time. My husband and I both work and we get off at five, and knew this could be a problem. We have one car. My husband works in McPhearson, which is 50 minutes away. We are a family of 6, we have four children ages ranging from 16-4. We explained our worries because It didn’t seem like this company would be a good fit for us considering the timing and we only have on car. We were persuade by their representative to try it out and we could easily cancel if it turned out it wasn’t a good fit. My family and I tried and gave it a shot for two weeks; like we were encouraged to do. However, it was nearly impossible to make it on time. Therefore since we had already paid a month service, we asked to cancel going forward and was informed that we were locked in a 6 month contract. A total of $1800.00 will be paid for services we are not using will be paid to this lying company once the contract term is up. We have been told my the owners wife we are responsible for signing up and should’ve read what we signed. Although their representative advised and informed us on two separate occasions that it would be an easy simple cancellation process it’s our fault for taking a company for their word. We cannot and have made it to a session since October however this company feels it is ok to continue to charge a family $300.00 monthly for services they’re not providing. Their website doesn’t even mention their policy or packages because they’re frauds. Be careful

All 4 of our daughters are in Taekwondo here, and they all love it. Our youngest has been going for just over 30 days now, and gets excited every time before class because she loves it so much. Our older daughters have grown tremendously in their self confidence since starting here over 4 years ago, and still love going to class. Highly recommended!!!!

My kid seriously loves this place. It's recommended you go twice a week and he insists on all 4 days because he loves it.
