Kelsey's instruction is AWESOME! She accommodates the movements to any skill level and encourages often. Her flow classes are challenging to anyone that attends. You leave her classes feeling refreshed and renewed. You HAVE TO try Limitless Yoga out!

Kelsea’s great! Yoga is for everyBODY here. Able to tailor for all skill levels. Most of my lower back pain and shoulder pain resolved practicing here! I would also 10/10 recommend her Yoga Teacher Training if interested in teaching.

I’ve been going here for the past year and loved every minute of it! There are classes for every level and the instructors are so sweet and helpful. I would definitely suggest going to several different instructors to see which level you are most comfortable with and every instructor there is great! Also limitless is so affordable for classes, I was able to afford an unlimited package while being a full time student. Wonderful place, wonderful people.

Great studio classes! Warming environment. Suitable for beginner to advanced students. Challenging with options to progress or regress poses. Not excessively hot. Highly recommend this studio to Wichita natives and those just passing through!

I cannot say enough on how wonderful Limitless Yoga is. Kelsea is the best instructor I have ever had the pleasure of taking a class with. She is so knowledge on poses, alignment points, adjustments, key anatomy, focused instruction, ect. Her knowledge and expertise allows her to personalize each class. I would HIGHLY recommend her for private lessons! She has helped me emensely on my physical and mental health. The perfessionalism is also yet another great attribute of Limitless Yoga.

I have tried many, many yoga classes and Kelsea is hands down my favorite yoga instructor! She is enormously knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and the physicality of proper modifications for beginners and more challenging poses for the experience yogi. Limitless Yoga provides a wealth of yoga experiences beyond the studio: yoga at the park, a winery, and with exotic animals from Tanganyika are just of few of the places that Limitless Yoga has traveled. I highly, highly recommend Kelsea and Limitless Yoga for anyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi--you won't be disappointed!

It had been several years since I practiced yoga when I went to one of Kelsea's classes. She is one of the best instructors I have had- she's extremely knowledgeable and I LOVED both the modifications and challenges presented during the practice! I also love the variety of classes offered- at fitness centers to unique venues around Wichita.
