I have been training at Evolution Fitness Studios since the beginning. They recently moved locations and the new gym is AMAZING! So me new offerings for everyone . The best part is you do not have to be in shape, they have trainers that dedicate their time and are willing to work with you to accomplish your goals. The members also push each other and will not let you give up. You will not regret checking it out and joining.

Everyone at Evolution is great. Everyone supports and cheers eachother on. The coaches are wonderful and push you to do your best. They are great at giving you modifications or alternatives to the group workouts when needed. The strikefit classes do wonders for your mental and physical well being.I love this place!

This gym is awesome! I used to dread exercising but they make working out something I look forward to. If you are looking for a gym I would definitely check this place out!

Such an amazing atmosphere, and great motivation for bettering yourself. Perfect if you’re just getting into things, or if you want to push yourself to new limits. They have a variety of exercise classes and very knowledgeable coaches. I recommend everyone gives this place a shot!

ONE STOP SHOP FOR ALL YOUR FITNESS NEEDS!! Have been going to EFS for 3 years now. Cant say enough great things about Tyler, Alex and the entire EFS team. The gym offers everything from Basic boxing technique, fast paced cardio, Strength and HIT classes, advanced kickboxing training, Yoga....the list goes on and growing all the time. You wont find a better value in town for all the classes offered for these prices. Each trainer has a different skill set and training style so there will no doubt be a class that fits your style. Everything from high energy cardio, technical boxing, advanced technical kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu... Laurie will even teach you some Sanskrit yoga terms! There is really something here for anyone and everyone of all ages and fitness level. 3 years and 70 lbs. ago I walked through the doors at EFS and met lots of great people and I keep coming back for more!

Above average workout facility. Would’ve stayed open longer if they treated their trainers right

This place has changed my life! I no longer get bored during my workouts. The trainers are incredible and genuinely care about their clients. I'm addicted!
