This is the most body inclusive fitness studio you could walk into. Karissa is amazing at meeting you where ever you are and helping you to succeed. I have had more then ten classes since the opening in November and I plan to go to two or more classes a week forever!

This pole studio is THE BOMB!. The vibes are always amazing, nothing but positive energy. Karissa and Hannah are amazing instructors as well. If you have ever wanted to take pole fitness classes this is definitely the place to go!

I hosted a bachelorette party a few weeks ago and asked for a private class for all of the bridesmaids (and the bride). It did not disappoint! Karissa was so supportive and helpful. We had so much fun and genuinely learned a lot about technique and movement. No one in our group had any experience with pole dancing, but Karissa was so patient and showed us the moves - usually several times - without making any one feel scrutinized or embarrassed. It was a great workout and everyone is STILL talking about how amazing and gratifying the experience was!

This is a place where everyone come as they are no matter if you’ve never touched a pole or is a seasoned Polerina. (More than pole is offered as well). No matter your size, your genders reference, race or whatever is going on in the outside world, when you come here you literally enter a world of peace and serenity. I Love It here! We hosted a 40th birthday party at the studio, and everyone had so much fun! The studio is ADORABLE and super clean and welcoming. Karissa was kind and fun and patient! We will definitely recommend to our friends.

Had a bachelorette party here last night. We had so much fun. The owner is super helpful and responsive to message and is a great teacher!! We loved it and want to do it again.

Went to a fifteen -year old's birthday party today and had so much fun!! The girls had a blast flying around on the poles and swinging in the hoops and on the silks. Very good exercise as well from what I could tell. The owner/dance instructor was absolutely amazing and sweet with the girls. Such a fun birthday party for a teenager.

This place is amazing. The staff is incredible. They take the time to walk you through the steps and make sure you are safe when you do your tricks. I highly recommend going here. They will treat you like family. The community is amazing.

What one pole class with this studio did for me. I took one intro to pole class and let me tell you the environment is so loving and welcoming! It has gotten me out of a dark place mentally, and I now feel confident and beautiful in my own skin.The class had such an impact on me I bought an at home pole to train. 100% support this studio and the owner of the pole studio is so sweet if you wanna get into pole fitness go here you will not regret it ! I will definitely only be taking pole classes here !

I love ICT Pole. It is one of the most inclusive studios I’ve had the honor of teaching in. The women that come here are so nice it brings such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for those who are wanting to dip a toe into pole or full send it. It’s a great work out and a good motivator for getting into shape. You find yourself challenging your own body to unimaginable limits. I really do believe anyone and everyone can do this no matter what shape or size you may be. You are the only one stopping you.
