Jordan is a great, personable trainer who is genuinely interested in making his clients the best versions of themselves they can be. I’ve known him since we were 14-15 years old and I can’t speak highly enough of his character and would recommend ANYBODY who is interested in living a healthier lifestyle to get in touch with this man. He’s played an instrumental role in helping me go from 309 lbs to 220lbs.

Fort Knox is the best facility I’ve ever come across. The trainer was funny, motivational and super respectful. Great with kids and adults alike. Results oriented but also enjoyable. A diverse gym open to all types of people from all types of backgrounds. Definitely would recommend!

This Kat is cool, personable, and flexible. The MOST important thing when training. We’ve gotten to know him while training our youth (football) child and our son has bought in. It takes a lot of attention and detail to convince a child (12 yrs old/5’11”/210lbs) to work hard, hurt, and sweat. Thanks for your flexibility and commitment to our child. Jordan Knox is the man to see for all of your physical fitness goals! My son, which is a senior in high, school has been working with him for close to two years and all I can say is wow!!! I have worked with Jordan personally, and we share many athletes professionally. I know there's not a better person to bring out the maximum potential of an athlete here in Wichita. Having someone that has done it themselves, and can pass that on to his current athletes is a gift to our community! We have multiple conversations about a mutual client (I am a chiro) and how we can get the most out of them together. Nobody better in the industry!
