Staff helpful when I needed it and they let me browse around when I didn't. I got the cutest betta fish who is happy, curious and healthy. He loves his sponge bob pineapple. Here's a picture of him peeking at me. I got everything I needed.

Normally I go to the Maize store as that is where I have had the best experiences in the past. Today I went to the Rock location and Billie took care of me. She was so kind and helpful! She made sure I got everything I needed and helped me learn more about the app! She made my experience today at Petco on Rock one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere! Y’all need to give Billie a raise or something of equal or greater value! She is truly a blessing to your team.

Every time I go in I head straight to the small animals to see who they have. Customer service is always wonderful. The one associate, Billie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong)is the sweetest and most kindest lady they could ever have hired. When I brought home my guinea pig GusGus, she’s the one who helped me. Every time I come in she asks how he’s doing. A wonderful associate to have working there.

Inventory was good, people were friendly and helpful, the trainer was great.

The girls in the grooming department do an amazing job with my pup! He's 11 and absolutely loves them. They take very good care of him when he's there. It's the first time he gets excited going somewhere he knows the route lol

Had exactly everything that I was looking for when they're typically out of stock, so that was a pleasant surprise. As usual the line was about 6-7 people long with only one person doing the register when there were at least 3 people on shift

Cashier's are awesome! They treat you as well as your pet like their own family!

Understaffed it seems, but a nice quiet atmosphere. I don’t remember music playing - which I detest in other stores. Not overwhelming for me OR my dog! The birds were nice and calm too (half were asleep in fact!) and only made a sound when I squeaked a dog toy. Was fun to hear the bird whistle back! At the time I came there was no one but myself and my family member inside the store. So the understaffing fortunately didn’t matter in our case. The associate who checked out was nice to let me know that there was a code on my receipt for the tag engraving kiosk machine. Would be five stars if they had at least one other worker visible in the store but I understand even poor help is really hard to come by these days (let alone good solid help!)

I got my stuff. I went to check out. The gal with multicolored hair and a ring in her nose checked me out. No sweat. What else is there to say. I paid my bill and left. No survey needed. No pat on the back needed. Everyone did their job. This survey is a waste of time.

I got my daughter a fish here. The ladies that helped were very knowledgeable and helpful!

I got my baby's/ gerbils from their customer service was nice 10/10 recommend

The grooming staff was nice and greeted me when I walked in. Overall a typical Petco store but, the cashier was not very friendly, and I didn't appreciate how she was acting and handled my merchandise.

Great selection but look up prices online so they are matched. Aquarium heater was 39$ but $17 online just have to show the people. It's like they know the prices aren't up to date.

Always has that bit of extra and great variety from salt water to fresh and an array of live plants to choose from. Staff has always been for me very helpful yes it takes a little longer with shortages of workers but the customer service is worth the wait and the struggle is real, but they power through it and always are full of facts and knowledge to aid in your inquires . Thanks for making your strained time seem effortless and for caring about the consumers questions and concerns.

Went for cat food, left with a fish tank! The staff is professional and very knowledgeable! Not the biggest selection, but I trust them to answer questions and provide quality pet supplies. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality service and advice!

Very large store with lots of variety. But, they do not sell all brands of cat food, as they did not have what I needed for my cats. They had an adorable selection of dog clothes. Friendly staff waited on me.

I had been to three other pet stores before this Petco. None of the others had what I needed. I called the store prior to going. The employee that answered was very helpful. He took the time to go check the shelf for what I was searching for. I was very satisfied with my entire experience!

Found our 12 week puppy a mahomes jersey and some toys to chew on to keep him happy. Got to bring him in store to see what he liked...very happy he enjoyed seeing other puppies too!!! Unfortunately he has since passed away we miss you so much 💔 baby Pringle rip 11/15/2021

My experience with Petco was very good! The Petco members always greets us when we come in! It's always nice to be able to know where our cat food is and go get it and then look around at other items they have to offer. Thank you!
