Beyond impressed with the new location. You will not find another pet store with such a cool and unique experience. It’s like going to the zoo but you can take the animals home. The people are great especially the manager such a smoke show.

Love the new store, the improvement was massive, looks like an actual, exotic pets expo, it is beautifully done, from the organization, the labels and how the animals on display, now this is a store that has the merit to be called an exotic petstore, the effort to make it look like a jurassic jungle was a perfect touch.

Bought my pet from here and stock up on part food and accessories perfect one stop shop.

The lady that helped us was fantastic! She was knowledgeable and patient. I think she got a kick out of how grossed out I was with all of the bugs. My son had a great time and she helped him pick out his new friend Crusty the crested gecko! We will definitely go back. Totally worth the 2 hour drive.

Best pet shop ever. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that makes you feel like part of the family. We go there for all our reptile and tarantula needs and you should too!

They are both some amazing people that want you to enjoy your time their and will do whatever they need to to help your grow it especially if your looking for something that you can get without ordering they can do it! The staff here is amazing and genuinely loves to work with the animals. We have 2 ball pythons we got from here. They are getting big and super healthy. The staff educated us on how to properly take care of our babies and continue to care about them even after purchase. Not Thank you for everything y'all! You are da bomb!

This place was like a breath of fresh air in regards to exotic pet care. Every pet we saw inside was healthy and well kept. Staff makes sure that folks purchasing pets get the right set up.

Most of the time the bugs I get are great! There have been a few times I've gotten home and was very disappointed in the quality of the bugs, so I do check them before I buy now. Very nice employees!!!

My wife and I have been talking about getting a beardie for a couple of years. With the 40% off sale on them we decided to make the move and get one. I believe Bailey was who assisted us and I cannot thank her enough. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the necessary supplies to make sure our new beardie would have the proper set up and be taken care of.
