Even though we didnt purchase anything, the employees were extremely helpful and listened to our interest in saltwater aquariums. They weren't pushing us to buy anything but offered quite a bit of insight. Will definitely go back.

I always stop by here when I'm in town, I've bought many corals and clean up crew. They have excellent prices and good selection. I was amazed to find such a nice looking bubble coral and Goni frag. This is a great place to find everything you need to start and maintain a saltwater tank. I've only found the owners to be genuine and professional. I read that some reviewers have found them to be expensive compared to... That's untrue in my experience. They are very competitive to local and online retailers. A bigger issue for me is that I trust their water and tank hygiene, so when I buy a product I know it will be a quality product. They are extremely knowledgeable and happy to share, without ever being impatient at some newbie mistakes I've made. They also have a loyalty program that I've cashed in on for big savings on fish. 🐟. Great people, great store, lots of variety and knowledge to steer you in the right direction.

The man who was working there was so kind, and helpful. He is definitely superior at being a wonderful human in general. I definitely had like a million questions and he was patient with all of them and gave me great information and advice. He is incredibly knowledgeable. He also gave marvelous tips and tricks about more than just the fish.

Excellent prices, selection, and service!

Place was clean and fish looked healthy. Unfortunately the two members of staff (older woman and gentlemen) working at the time couldn’t be bothered to even say hi to me, let alone ask me if I needed any assistance. There were two other customers inside the store when I visited. Far from busy. They seemed really helpful and friendly with one customer that was purchasing a fish as they were on first name basis, while the other customer browsed the live rocks. There was plenty of opportunity for one of them to acknowledge me. I was there between 5-10 mins. Left quickly as it was apparent my money wasn’t good enough for them.

The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure we were taking the right steps in our new setup and pointed us in the right direction. I look forward going back to complete my setup.

This place is amazing and the service is amazing! They do not criticize or judge you for lack of knowledge but help you learn more to have a successful aquarium experience! Will only go here for my aquarium needs and fish needs!

Fish are well taken care of, tanks look nice. They do carry only saltwater fish.

The lack of customer service is astounding! The level of rudeness mind blowing! I will gladly order what I need elsewhere and drive the miles rather than support this business. I believe it was the owner, which is even worse. They may have quality items and know their stuff, but good customer service and common courtesy is a MUST!

Went in , liked the shop but no help available. Older woman was too busy to ask if I needed help or bother saying hi, lost me as a potential customer!

My experience at the aquarium was down right awful the lady was rude and very judgmental and dismissive. We wanted to pay them to setup a saltwater tank but refused to because we didn’t buy our equipment for the tank from them. They are not helpful whatsoever if I could give them zero stars I would I won’t be going back 0 out of ten on professional level.

I always like the service here. A decent selection and nothing too large. Has live rock if you are interested. Has "almost" everything you need. Designer clowns are also sold here. Prices are sometimes if not always cheaper than ordering online.

This place is slowly declining…I first visited this store in December 2021, and I have visited 4-5 times since then, and each time It’s worse than before. It is definitely better than some places, but I hope it can bounce back before it’s to late. Out of their 2 coral frag tanks, they were only about 60% filled with coral, and most of that coral was closed up, or even dying. Their fish section is great, all look healthy, and a wide variety, but I don’t want fish, I want coral. I hope they can turn this place around before it’s to late.
