They have quite a bit of stuff at reasonable prices. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Quite a large decent variety of things for home improvement. I personally am a fan of Lowe's. It is a larger store with a wider variety of things in general. Ace Hardware, is a good place for the smaller in and out things and closer to home for a semi quick in and out. Downfall would be their selection of nails. If you want nuts and bolts it is a great place to go. Nails on the other hand, they have a slightly larger selection than Walmart.

Went there to buy a part for a power tool. When i checked out i wasn't asked if i am a rewards member so i asked if they still have the rewards program and dan who was at the register told me no we don't, i thought that was odd i had recently received a rewards email, so i asked him really, and then re surprisingly remembered and offered to give me credit for the rewards program. I refused and told him he needs to do his job. I called and asked to speak to the manager and dan answered the phone and stated the manager was unavailable, now seeing that he lied to me earlier i feel he lied to me again. Why would i want to do business with people like that. I will pass. This is the second ace store i have visited and had a negative experience. Seems ace hires people that don't care about the customers and don't want to be bothered with doing their jobas they are being paid to do. 2 strikes. I'm out.

📢My favorite Ace hardware is on Seneca! It's always a pleasure when we go to ace to get our paint 🎨 . Patricia is very thorough when it comes to coloring and mixing she will get you right every time making sure we have enough paint keys and stir sticks , I believe the other lady's name is Shawna she helped me us understand what type of paint is for different projects. BOTH ladies are very nice and helpful 👍🏼 Thanks y'all !

Whenever I can, I go to Ace rather than the other big box stores. They always have friendly and knowledgeable staff, and odd-ball hardware you may not find elsewhere. This location lives up to the standards I expect from an Ace store.

Well stocked, helpful staff and all the right parts

Came in here to get a specialty spring and not only did I find the one I needed but I was assisted by an amazing worker (Ron) and another employee who aided me to find it and was extremely courteous with me. Returning to the store, another employee James was again extremely courteous and helpful in my question. Thank you. Edit: Thank you Ron!

I was very pleased with my shopping experience. The manager there accepted my coupon no problem and they sold 5 gallons of 1K kerosene! :) friendly employees, very clean and well organized over all a great hardware store to shop at!!
