BrightWater Bay Event Venue was the perfect place for our workplace end-of-year celebration. We had so much fun and Maddie was so easy to work with! I would recommend this location - very clean, very nicely decorated and a beautiful view of the lake!

I emailed the company with this exact review, I have not received a response since then so I figured I'd go ahead post about reviews. I was really looking forward to being able to coming to this location. We enjoyed ourselves, but there were things that you just cannot ignore. -Broken (higher quality) Sand volleyball net. -Nothing (like a fence or a net) stopping the volleyball from going into the water dozens of times in one game. -Sloped volleyball court that led right to the water -Rocks in sand (sifting the sand occasionally would prevent this) -Sloped water access had an abundance of dead tree limbs, twigs and other debris -Stepped water access had exposed jagged concrete edges on bottom step -Water to the nozzle at water's edge was shut off (to rinse off debris) -Deflated conoe/water toy RECOMMENDATIONS -Weather resistant sound system, bluetooth hookups available -Have recycling containers available -Outside accessible faucets -Accessible first aid kit

BrightWater Bay is a beautiful place for your next party event or whatever you are planning for. The Venue building is very well designed for your event needs. Has garage doors on the lower level that can open up to enlarge your party room. While facing out to the beautiful bay of water. Where fishing, boating, and just splashing along the shoreline can be enjoyed! They have outdoor activities that are ready for your enjoyment!! This was my first time to visit and I was very impressed and surprised with BrightWater Bay! This place is a must check out for your next event!!

We rented the Venue Building for our Annual Christmas party and it was the best. We really enjoyed it. I would like to thank Maddie for everything, she was outstanding. We look forward to doing another party there.

Went to BrightWater Bay for a 2-day business retreat. The wifi wasn't great, only one stall in the women's restroom, no full length mirror (not great if you're having an event/wedding), if you need it to be quiet for meetings and/or presentations - the acoustics aren't great and everything is kind of loud (walking around, walking up the steps), acoustics aren't great, the speakers inside and outside are a nice touch, the chairs provided are not comfortable if people will be asked to sit for hours, such as during meetings.

Watching the moon rise over the water at Brightwater Bay is magical. Can't believe I'm in the heart of Wichita with my feet in the water enjoying a calm evening in the slow lane. Magical. Nothing better than cool Fall nights and warm lake water that's as still as a mirror.

Nice clean place. Rented it for a birthday party and the venue was cleaner and cheaper $$ than most of the other venues we looked in to.

This venue met and exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding. The staff was entirely helpful and accommodating. The air bnbs were cozy and completely comfortable. The venue has a beautiful lakeside view and had plenty of room for our dinner and reception. We had the perfect wedding day and would absolutely recommend BWB for any event you're planning. We got tons of compliments!

Nice location for Wichita area. Great accomodations and reception building.Plenty of parking. Nice dock for fishing and water is fairly clear. Some Bass and Crappie! You can see 235 but you really can't hear it. A bit difficult to find it when coming off 235, best and easiest is to come from south on West St.!

When we first rented the beach house, it was more like a private lake that you had all to yourself. We loved it! Now they just let anyone come in so it's not as private anymore, I guess greed gets to everyone. We won't be renting again. It's too expensive for not being a private lake. Plus, they took out the grill. We loved grilling out by the lake. It's so sad how things decline due to making more money.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ What a cool place for a lot of activities. Many things to do outside for kids and the family and good barbecue and selection on the menu. We liked it so much we went there more than once during our stay in Wichita.
