No-disturbance, descent place to live in for reasonable price. I lived there for more than a year 2015-2017. Before leaving, me along with my two friends cleaned the apartment with best possible effort, so they sent me the refundable deposit(minus $50 cleaning fee for a spot in bathroom) to my new address in Pennsylvania. When I deposited the check in my bank, they said they couldn't locate the check's bank account and charged me penalty for bounced check. Anyway, I informed the apartment management over the phone, they understood and told me, they'll get back to me with update. After a few months, no update came so I called again. They said same thing again, "we'll call you when we have any update on the issue." After more than a year, no update, so I called again. This time, they said, "nothing can be done. Cause it's too late now." I wish I didn't waste that much time and energy cleaning the apartment before leaving. All we did for nothing in return. Wasted my two friends' time and energy as well. On top of that, I had to pay the bounced check fee to my bank.

I've been here for 2 years and have liked it for the most part. Only issues so far have been laundry is 2.50-3.50, guy upstairs can be extremely loud, amdparking lot is super cracked. However the 2 stars is the fact they are increasing my rent by 85 dollars for a 6 month lease or 110 month to month IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PANDEMIC! The greedy owner is obviously not a good person. They will get another 6 months as there is no way to save up enough to move in the 3 weeks until my lease is up but I will absolutely not be signing another one after that. I will not support that kind of bullshittery.

By far the worst apartments ever!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! They will allow tenants to constantly be disturbed and they will tell you they can't do anything. My apartment smells of weed in the morning from neighbors that live upstairs. I have called corporate 3 times no response, I have called cops and nothing is ever done. The office manager will tell you she can't give out her bosses information and there is nothing they can do. When I said to her evict them she says well you will be gone in two months so it won't make a difference. So I say to her well the next tenants are left to deal with the same problem and she says yes they are. Unprofessional leadership and staff. My kids are scared to sleep in their room because they consistently make noise every night well after 1am. I was told the only option is get out of my lease and pay to leave early. I insisted she call landlord she said she won't because I wouldn't like what he would have to say. Are you kidding me? Lol I have lived here two years and this is the loyalty they show. They didn't even offer to move me to another complex. Place is pathetic. Don't waste your hard earned money on the worst apartments in Wichita. Make your money count elsewhere. I promise you will the lottery before you get a reply back from corporate or they stop the disturbances.

Walls are very thin. Young neighbors are sometimes up all night long. One guy I heard yelling at the top of his lungs in what seemed to be Arab rantings. Parking is very tight. Dumpster area often riddled with garbage that blows into adjacent rec yard. Pool when open is usually clean but gets crowded. Not exactly an area for older folks to relax in Cigarette buts could be cleaned up. Apartments do not have bugs or pests and appliances, bathroom, etc in good shape. Laundry is expensive. Overall a descent value for the money.

I have only but good things to say about cedar lake apartments. I’ve lived here since 2018. The price of rent has always been reasonable compared to nearby apartments. The staff is always professional and pleasant to talk to. The grounds always look great and my apartment was clean and all appliances were in great condition when I moved in. If your looking for a great deal I’d definitely check them out.

Lived here for almost a year and I will probably be planning on staying longer, we haven't had any issues management responds in timely manner along with Maintenance. It's a really good first apartment.

The new management is very nice and helpful. This is my 4th year in this apartment complex. I've not had any real problems and when maintenance is called they try to get to it as quickly as they can. For the price it's good place.

Nice enough location with good upkeep. Some of the most helpful property management I've ever met, actually communicating things to us clearly and patiently answering any questions we have. They are super on top of maintenance orders, with the longest waits I experienced being 2-3 days for something super trivial.

This apartment is great for the money. It's not the nicest, most modern, but the new manager seems to be nice, and maintenance requests are always responded to very quickly! The laundry facility is sub-par and the dryers barely work, the apartment has quirks and dings, but it's nothing you can't fix or look past if you're wanting a cheap place to live.

Have been living here a little over 5 months. Definitely a good choice if you are looking for something at a good price and is convenient. Its a pretty peaceful complex with a good amount of amenities as well. Management and maintenance also do a great job of fillings service requests and keeping everyone in the loop of what is going on. Would definitely recommend

I have lived here a year and a half. We have a new apartment manager and she is amazing. The property is kept clean and it’s pretty peaceful. The price is reasonable and they maintain the units in a timely manner.

We take care of our residents and do work orders in a timely manner. We send out renewal notices more then 30 days in advance! We also take pride in taking care of the property by doing updates to grounds and problemed areas that are in need of repair. We also have a resident portal in which we keep the community updated with all repairs that are being done! Have a terrific day!

Have updated my 4 stars to 5. Just completed another lease and continue to enjoy my home away from home. Had other tenant issues that have been resolved by management. Now, if we could get cameras on the mailboxes as there are numerous locks that have to be cleaned up or that many have been pried open. Very happy living here

When I went in to resign my lease a few months into the pandemic, they snuck in last minute that they would be raising my rent as I’m about to sign the papers. I didn’t have the time nor the money to find a new place. Constant maintenance issues like the bathtub being constantly clogged even after being fixed, had the entire water heater replaced and still only had 5-10 minutes of hot water, etc. Not a good place to live if you work late or simply enjoy sleeping in. There was so much unannounced construction that would start 7:30-8:30. I literally woke up to a small backhoe drilling through concrete right in front of my door at 8 in the morning. It was shaking the entire apartment and they literally tore it out and left sand piles in front of our doors without notifying us this was happening. They started closing laundry room on sundays. Just lots of being incredibly inconsiderate to the tenants. It’s not worth living there.

This is a great place to live. I have been living here several yrs + some. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Anytime I need something fixed they get it done in a timely manner. They go out of the way to make this a good place to live. It is very quiet here.

Got friends living here they love it. It's clean and friendly.
