Reserved 2 rooms earlier in the day. Arrived around 10:30pm to check in and doors were locked. We stood around for awhile until another customer pulled in. They were also checking in. We banged on the door and windows, yelled and called over and over again until someone finally picked up the phone. The hotel is currently closed due to renovations. The other customer that showed up booked through Priceline about 10 minutes before showing up and he eventually also got someone to pick up the phone. We called Priceline again and got someone on the phone and the call was absolutely horrendous! They didn’t want to refund and they did say they could accommodate us somewhere else but it was a ridiculous “discount” and really they were no help. The “discount” meant we would be paying $20 more for each room. I totally understand that this was done through a third party company but this hotel should not be listed as open right now at all. We’re traveling with 2 kids and not having a place to stay in the middle of the night in an area you’re unfamiliar with is not safe! The worst part? We lost so much travel time. Spent about 2 hours driving around. The best part? At least this hotel will be very nice once it’s all finished.

Whole building is still under renovation. Lobby, hallways, stairwells are all being renovated. Room was very large but out dated decor. They do not serve breakfast anymore due to renovation, a fact we were not informed of during booking. Shower had flaking ceiling and lots of chips in bath tub. Parking lot was mostly construction containers. The best positive is that it was a lot cheaper than other hotels (due to construction) and should look nice once done.

Very outdated decor, feels like a nursing home. It's clearly owned by someone cheap who is trying to save money and make a profit. The paint on the walls is chipping off, the carpet is stained, and everyone is very old and outdated. It doesn't feel much different from visiting my father at his nursing home. Hey, I love Capitalism just as much as the next person, but at some point it goes from Capitalism to just being cheap. Oh, and there was a big spider right when I walked in my room.

Walls are paper thin, currently able to hear the guy next door talking to a woman on the phone clear as day. I thought maybe he was in the hallway but I checked and nope. He’s in his room, door is shut, walls are very very thin. Rooms smell weird and feel damp. Everything feels damp. The pictures of this hotel are not from this hotel lol the rooms are comparable to cheap motels. The wallpaper is falling off, there’s huge patches of wall that look like there’s severe water damage. The only good things about this hotel are the staff & the location is fairly close to lots of shopping and food

The lobby is empty as it is under construction. No breakfast even though they offer a $15/day upcharge on SnapTravel for it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors or saying or doing. The elevator is broken. Made them put me on first floor. Only have 1 cart. On the last day, I had to put my car in shop for repair and needed a 2 hour extension (1pm) and they charged me $30! Never staying here again!

This is a weird situation. There’s no Holiday Inn name on building but it was booked on the IHG website. When we arrived and saw how trashy the place was, and the construction materials and not a light on in lobby, and plastic sheeting everywhere inside we left. This is a bait and switch. Hard to fathom that IHG hotels (Holiday inn / Holiday Inn express is allowing a property owner to use their names and brand and putting this hotel on their website. It’s very obvious either Holiday inn has REALLY dropped their standards or they just do not care about their customers. What a terrible way to dupe people. Don’t waste your time if you are expecting a quality place to stay. This has really hurt the name of ALL the Holiday Inn properties in the area by doing this. When we called to explain how this hotel is still under construction and dirty and not up to our standards for an IHG property, we of course got the run around and no refund. Drove on to Tulsa.

We had to cancel our booking, as they refused to allow service dogs without fake I'd cards. The ADA has laws about this and the guy was rude. He said I could speak to his manager tomorow after the cancellation time, by which point we'd have to pay for the stay anyways. I made a written report to the city of Wichita and hopefully they do something.

While the hotel itself was under renovations, our room was huge, clean, comfortable, and the staff was pleasant, friendly, accommodating, helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the inability to actually take a bath, but that was such a non factor. Price was on point. We will be back in the fall!

Whole building under renovation. Pix on website misleading due to no lobby, exercise room, or dining room. Were not informed of this until our arrival. Many shipping containers in the front parking lot. No clock/radio in room, no tissue box in room. Outdated rooms on 1st floor. Asked if we could come and go by a side door. Clerk said could leave, but not enter, so he would prop the door open so we could enter there. So could anyone else without a key. Very unsafe in my opinion. Original room had a broken chair, moved us to another room where chairs were intact. Overall dissatisfied with the experience.

Rooms are being renovated which was known at time of reservation. Room has coffee but no coffee pot, has kitchen with cookware but missing eating utensils, shower glass door actually broke while in shower and brused my big toe. Management said they would fix it immediately and never did. The people staying in the room next to us were load partying and lord knows what. Complained to management nothing was done until the 3rd time I expressed it was unexceptable not to ask all guest to be respectful of others. Eventhough there are some big negatives, the staff is absolutely amazing and very kind. I try to support trying businesses and hope the upgrades are finished soon. A comp or free dinner would have been appreciated for the inconvenience and for being hurt due to Renovation work. Due to no concern or attention knowing a guest was injured on the premises....I would say do not stay here. Not Worth the money or headaches. Not a place to stay for comfort or for work which is why I stayed here.

Rooms were quite nice. Really big and very clean. Only issue with our stay was we had a couple in the room next to us screaming all night long resulting in us getting no sleep. We called down to the front desk multiple times with no result of the screaming subsiding. Management needs to do more on the situation. If they did more for the situation I would have left a better review but due to the lack of management we got no sleep and we have to drive 5 hours back home today.

Place is still under construction, lots of dumpsters in parking lot. Rooms need work, torn sheers, dark red and green carpet, coffee maker is warped, no breakfast, web pictures are not current, walls are very thin. Heard many f-bombs from guy next door until he finally calmed down about 11. Bed was comfy.

The hotel is under renovation, this was not mentioned in the description when I booked through Priceline. The room was clean but outdated. The shower had no water pressure but the bathroom was clean as well. No one was there at the front desk for checkout waited for 10 min and still no one. Not a bad stay for a family of 4 in the queen suite but I wish the renovation had been put on the description.

The hotel is still under heavy construction, but truthfully that part I don't mind at all. What I do mind is that upon arriving to the parking lot, the construction crew left pieces of wooden planks with nails all over the floor. Unfortunately, I arrived when it was dark and one of these debris ruptured my tire. The next morning I had an important interview, and so the added stress of getting this fixed on time was not a fun experience. The staff was extremely nice though, so I'll give them that. NOTE: There are basically 0 amenities here. No breakfast, ice, nothing. Just a room due to the construction, and even then the rooms were torn and looked pretty beaten. If you're looking for something nicer, go else where.

No free breakfast as advertised. Was under construction, and the parking and hotel was a mess. only one hall way to use. Hot water was a trickle- could barely shower!!!! . The more you turned it on in shower for pressure the colder it got!!!! Unsatisfactory totally. Front desk guy was the only nice thing about the stay. After reading more reviews it looks like it’s been under construction for a year! Priceline didn’t have these reviews when I booked!! Demand a refund

First of all, they're in the middle of renovations but failed to mention that when we booked the room. Everything reeked of paint. The towels smelled funny, like kerosene. There was no breakfast but there was coffee, if you could call it that. Total black sludge...
