Let me start out by saying this was not my first choice for dinner since I love huhot. But I gotta say, I have not been this wrong about food in a long while. Madison was our server, and her positive demeanor was amazing from the start. The meats, veggies, and carbs were all super fresh and cooked to pristine perfection. The calamari rings came out EXQUISITE. We may just be passing through, but we will definitely make this place a regular stop through. Well done. Chris the GM made it a point to stop by. The CS of this place is through the roof.

Busy Friday night plus they had a youth sports team in house.. My spouse has onion allergies & the cook cleaned grill before preparing his food . We are very thankful for this. Our food was served in a timely manor & was delicious. The lady whom waited on us was extremely friendly. Plus she was always on top of making sure all our needs were meet.

Waiting 15 min for a refill on our drinks when the place was empty. We got our checks before we even got napkins for forks or anything. Then when we asked for refills she brought the Togo box and check like we didn’t just ask for a drink. Worst server I’ve probably ever had. And I was a waitress for three years. She also left togo boxes in the middle of me and my date in the middle of eating without us asking. And didn’t bring the check tell about 20 minutes after we where done eating. Couldn’t find her anywhere. Then she came out and sat at the bar on her phone ignoring tables. My god the professionalism is so great here.

So this was my first time and experience with this type of restaurant, You are given a ball and you can put as much as you want in it and they'll cook it for you in front of you.. it was actually cool. The best time to go is from 3 o'clock to 6. They have a awesome happy hour with half Price Appetizers and alcohol beverages. The waitress was knew ,She said she had only been there 2 days, but she was totally awesome. With the cutest name (Athries) very sponky 😊 definitely will try it again

We visited here again with more experience in how to make our dish the right way! Our server, Cameron was awesome. We loved conversing with him and he’s a great crowd pleaser. We definitely felt welcomed and friendly. The guys at the grill deserve an applause for their energetic and optimistic attitudes. The food was amazing and well cooked. The only thing needed improved was the size of the bowl, but the food portion seemed just the right size. We would definitely return.

This was my family’s second time coming here to eat. First time was amazing! We sat in a table close to the grill just like today. No problems at all. Today however, it felt as though the air conditioning was not working properly or was just not turned on. We asked if we could move to a table further from the grill in hopes that it would help with just how hot it was. It helped a bit but unfortunately we were really unable to comfortably and enjoyably eat our food. It would have been nice to have some kind of notice on the door that the air conditioning was not working properly especially on a day where outdoor temperatures are above 110 degrees.

Food always comes off the grill burnt, and crispy(noodles) due to cook always being in the back of the kitchen. Wait staff seemed preoccupied with anything else than serving took almost one and a half hours to get two bowls made and served to me. The price is too high for unlimited 22.56. Will not be eating here in the near or distant future.

This place has an excellent variety of items to add to your Mongolian dish. Tasty food, good quality food items and clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Anytime I'm in Wichita, I always make a point to come here to grab lunch or dinner.

I love this restaurant! BD's has so many options any eating style is welcome. They offer plant based "meat" options. Our server had high positive energy and was helpful on our first visit. I can't wait to return!

If you're a fan of Mongolian grills, bd's is a highly recommended place to go. Their Bao Balls are very tasty and prices are reasonable per bowl and you never leave hungry. With the mall right next door, you could come here and eat and go shopping afterwards. Very tasty.

A new experience, and great place to eat! My wife and I both loved the variety! The waite staff was pleasant and very attentive. We have added a new favorite to our dining list!

We had my brothers birthday dinner here. Reserving the back room was smooth and simple! We got there and did have to wait a little bit for our reserved room, but once we were in there the entire staff was friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. They even offered to keep the cake we brought in the walk in freezer so it didn’t get hot! Thank you to the young man who waited on us, I didn’t catch his name but he had medium length braids. The only thing I didn’t care for was stickiness EVERYWHERE. Shoes stuck to the floor, and everything stuck to the tables.

We had been to Huhot and liked it a lot but decided to try this place out because it was closer. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to take care of us and make recommendations. The food was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful first time experience! The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was very clean. All the staff was super kind. Our waiter, Cameron, was phenomenal. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Made several recommendations for our Make your own bowl from the line that were excellent!

Came in for an early dinner tonight, had Caleb Peach as my server, noticed he was the only server working at the moment, with multiple tables around the restaurant. He still managed to keep a good conversation going about how hard the staff had been working at keeping the store clean. We’ve come in before in the past months and weren’t pleased with the cleanliness, but there was a pleasant and noticeable difference with this visit. Definitely going to keep returning! Great energy from grillers and staff!!

I stopped by for a quicl bite, but i sat for almost 10 min without service. The wait staff were standing around the grill area, chatting with each other almost the whole time. Then all but 1 disappeared. This was about the 10 min mark. The restaurant was also very warm. On my way out, i ended up talking with the manager, who was cleaning a window. And let him know. He was apologetic and offered to make it right. I had already wasted 10 min waiting, I am typically in and out in 20 min.

Staff is amazing everytime I go! Food is good. Prices could be better, but that's everywhere. Would've been 5 star, but the bathrooms are not clean, floors are always sticky & it makes me question how well do they clean.

While it is not unlimited trips to get food, you get a massive amount of food per bowl, making it ewually worth the price. Definitely a good place to eat! The service was excellent as well, ensuring we always had our drinks filled and the food was good.

Highly recommend sitting at the bar and trying a few drinks (she’s good.) It was was my first time here and wow they really helped walk me threw the easy steps. You get to pic exactly what u want down to the sauce and veggie. Throwing it all into a good sized bowl. That makes for an amazing bowl if you play your cards right. Oh best part yet you get to load as much meat as u want! If your want to be more creative with your stir-fry. Definitely come here!

Delicious food and a huge variety of options to customize a bowl of food. Everyone that worked there was really nice and accommodating. I was offered free lettuce and tortillas with my meal. They also let me take some sauce home from the food bar. My only issue was that they still have an outdated menu and the Bao Ball appetizer I wanted to order wasn't available. On a positive note, if you sign up for their app, connect FB, and your receipts, you get alot of free points toward a free appetizer or dessert.

First time for my husband and I. The server was the kindest and informed us of how to go through the line. It was pricey because we had an appetizer and drinks, but so worth it. The egg rolls tasted homemade! Everything was delicious.
