I actually 100% recommend their food but not their service. They really don't seem to have their sh*t together here. I paid about $13 for my food and water including a 15% tip (a tip is requested when paying). I waited 30 minutes for my food and had to leave because I had somewhere to be. The one person working behind the counter was too busy to deal with everyone and had a lot of people besides me waiting. I ended up paying, leaving a tip, and departing with no food. I'm generally not an inpatient person but there was too much going on with other customers to get a refund. I changed my stars to 4 because I didn't want to leave a bad review. Their food a great. It's just their service that sucks.

Full stop here folks, the food is hard to beat. Their take on crab Rangoon is more savory but when paired with their sauce a kiss of perfection. Egg rolls are not overstuffed cabbage logs like everywhere else and the fried rice was a major hit. Portions were adequate and generous and service was impressive. I'll be back, I'll be back, I'll be back!

This store is closed. You have to go to pho KC to order your food. The hours are wrong on here as well have tried to call multiple times with no answer after 8pm on a Saturday. The food is 5 stars. Delicious and fresh. The egg rolls are small but perfectly crispy. The general's chicken was spicy and crispy. The portions were large and very filling. The restaurant itself is really small and I would give 4 stars for cleanliness. The floors and chairs were sticky and greasy. I think a deep clean with degreaser would help out a lot. Overall I really enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

If I could give negative stars I would. I usually LOVE Xing Xing and have been coming here for years. Unfortunately after calling in my order, when I went to pick it up there was a sign on the door that they are closed for remodeling and to pick up the food at PHO KC. I thought it was rude and they didn’t tell me the location had temporarily changed when I was on the phone placing my order. The price was higher and the shrimp fried rice was gross with absolutely no flavor! The crab Rangoon and egg rolls were ok but definitely not as good as Xing Xing. The sweet and sour sauce was watery 🤢 Stay away from this place until they reopen in their original location and hopefully it will be back to their normal food.

Hands down the best crab rangoon I've ever had in my life. They're priced as individual ones for $0.90 so you aren't obligated to buy more than you want. I also had the shrimp fried rice and it wasn't just full of flavor, but also very filling! Very reasonably priced and quick, friendly service. Definitely going back but next time with friends :)

I got the veggie lo mein level 2, and 2 crab Rangoons. I've been here several times. Food is always great and super fresh. They have made an effort to rearrange/clean the dining area which is appreciated. Great food, really good flavor, hot and fresh!

First time here and it was AMAZING! We ordered a dozen egg rolls (BEST EGG ROLLS WE'VE EVER HAD!) a garlic ramen at a 2 hot level and let me tell you...it has a kick! I love super spicy food but the 2 was a perfect heat to still be able to taste all the other flavor in it. I was surprised how much food you get for the price. Definitely coming back soon!

If you haven’t had rice and roll by xing xing I recommend to go. The service was amazing. If you like heat and ramen xing xing my go to spot. The spring rolls 10/10 and the peanut sauce even better. Portions size really good size.

Best crab Rangoons in town, sweet and savory at the same time and not fishy. The egg rolls are also tasty. Their staff is friendly, willing to bring the food out to your car so you can wait in comfort. Mainly stick to the fried rice, egg rolls, and other sides, because some of the meats aren't cooked with the sauces. Still love them, though

WOW!!! I have been craving their ramen for awhile. Never been before but saw on Facebook. So decided to try it... it was THE BEST. I got heat level 2 and it was spicy but not too hot. To me it was perfect. I got my husband combo rice and he loved it too. I can't wait to go back. Definitely worth the trip all the way across town.

This place is amazing. Ordered the Chicken Fried Rice with a dozen of the eggs rolls to take home. Their portions were huge. After eating lunch, I had so much Chicken Fried Rice leftover, it fed my wife and I dinner that night and my wife lunch the next day. Very good and tasty!

We used o love the food, unfortunately not at the new location! Ordered special ramen level 5 and it had absolutely no taste, only two shrimp and no beef. Our other order only had three pieces to tofu. Noodles in both dishes were under cooked and almost crunchy. Not even in the same universe as our previous orders. So sad!

We had heard wonders about the delicious food here. We went EARLY on a Wednesday to avoid the dinner rush. I had shrimp fried rice.. it was just okay, bland, hardly any veggies. The plastic silverware is not wrapped, just sitting on each table in a solo cup. I was about over my dinner, by the time my husbands came out. Combo Raman… He first tried the noodles. They were cold as well as well as the rest of the meal. However that is not the worst part. He had me try the noodles and they were cold and had a really bad funky taste, like they were days old. Horrible!! I told him not to eat it at all! I was afraid of food poisoning! We got up threw both meals in the trash and left! It’s gross, it’s filthy, and the food is horrible! I think the Health Department needs to inspect this restaurant, the food and the food handling! We will never go back!!

The food was ok. Not bad, not great. Was told they had the best crab rangoon in Wichita. They were good. Service was great. It was our first time there and the girl behind the counter was very helpful and walked us through the menu and choices. The seating area itself wasn't awful, it just wasn't as clean as it could have been. It looked like they're a great option for carry-out/take-out because quite a few people cane and went with large orders to-go. The soda machine wasn't working, but they did have plenty of cold bottled options.

Awesome food. Best crab Rangoon in town. We tried a little of everything on Christmas Day. They were overwhelmed with takeout orders, but just smiled and carved out time to make our order. So good! I've been told I need to head back to try the spicy stir fry!

Food was amazing and came out quickly! The shop is small and could use some updating but that doesn't bother me. The host was friendly, although I had to pay cash as their card reader couldn't connect to the internet. Will definitely visit again. Great spot next to Leaf Teahouse too.

As soon as you walk in the door , there's an odor that isn't food related. Perhaps it's that huge tank of stagnant rotted fish water. Definitely not something you want in a food establishment. I only ordered the half and half crabrangoon/egg roll. Disappointed with both. 12$ should have allowed me more than one sauce for 12 items. Won't be returning.

Typically no problems. I called you guys at 3pm for 50 egg rolls you told me 4pm then said to do 415 just in case. I drive all the way across town. So when I show to at 430 'just in case' You tell me 15 more minutes! That's not cool and you should be calling people and telling them you are 30 minutes behind! It was a tradition for Thanksgiving to buy your egg rolls. Will not be returning

I usually love Rice and Roll and was super excited when they finally answered the phone and I thought they were open. Unfortunately after driving over we saw a sign to pick up at PHO KC. Would have been nice if they had told me that over the phone! Food was more $ and the quality was terrible! Completely shocked at how bad it was. My regular stir fried ramen had no shrimp, no shrimp balls, only one piece of crab! It did come with about a cup of watery sauce? and some overcooked broccoli…. Don’t get me started on the rest of my order. What a huge disappointment. 40 bucks down the drain. Should have just gone to dillons!
