Changing my 5 star to a 1 star. If you’re going to check photos to catch people abusing accounts a simple change for account holders would be to add the photos and names of both account members to each of the two IDs. Then you wouldn’t have to harass people using their spouses’ card for a quick pick up. Edit: Idea 2) have a photo pop up on the register screens of the members and have your staff generally eyeball so they can spot check when needed instead of giving every person in line a hard time.

I've been going to CVS for the last five or so years to pick up a heart medication that I cannot find any place else. Last year it cost $21 for a 3-month supply, pulled up to the window and she said it would be over $300 for the same three-month supply. Could not afford it. Pulled over and saw that GoodRx prices for Costco were $60 for a 3 month supply. (Still expensive, but considerably less than what CVS was going to charge.) Called the pharmacy and talked to Brianna, who was very sympathetic and extremely helpful, as I was pretty emotional about the situation. She was courteous, calming and caring. She took the time to call around to find the manufacturer of the exact pill that I needed. It had to be ordered specially, but she got it in! It was a wonderful experience with her, and meeting her in person was even better. Makes me want to get a membership there based solely on her professionalism and kindness. Edit: ended up buying a Costco membership, and don't regret it. The pizza and food at the food court here is so much better than Sam's club. Soooo much better.

The employees at the food court SCREAM out the order numbers for food over and over and over, making visiting this store the most unnerving, ingratiating, and irritating of shopping/eating experiences you can possibly imagine. You can hear them literally SCREAMING these numbers throughout the whole front of the store and all of the checkout lanes. These people scream all day long... repeatedly, over and over and over. The people eating at the food court have a front row seat to this yelling fest as they eat... they should really hand out earplugs with the food orders. You can literally see one of the food court ladies' head turn red and blood veins popping out on her forehead when she is yelling out the numbers. Is that REALLY NECCESARY to call out an order number? It is super super super annoying, it's like they are competing to see who can scream louder. It's very unprofessional and rude. I was waiting on my wife as she looked at glasses frames and they just kept yelling so loudly and repeatedly that I had to go wait in the car... and the eyeglasses area is several hundreds of feet from the yelling people! I included a picture of how far away these yelling people are from where I was sitting, they are all the way to the other side of the store, and it is just incredibly stupid that I can hear them at YELLING LEVEL from this far away.... and it is just constant. Don't go here if you don't want to hear people yelling repeatedly at the top of their lungs while you shop. And it's always like this every time we come. I know, as you're reading this you won't get it - but go stand in there for 20 minutes and listen to the yelling. Haven't these people heard of the concept of shopping and eating in peace? Where is management?

Great store! Super clean and well maintained, not many empty shelves and I saw people constantly restocking. Majority of people were wearing mask entire time. They had the electric carts up front for people that needed them. My daughter was really excited about an outdoor playset they had, and was so sad she couldn't play on it. I told her to save up $1200 to pay for it and then she can enjoy it...! They had some beautiful models for about $500, much more reasonable. All in all Costco seems to have not changed much...except samples are behind plexiglass!

We come here all the time for all of our grocery needs that we need to buy in bulk. They have so many options from close to batteries to food and much much more! The food court is also surprisingly good for it being a Costco. You will not regret coming here! So many delicious food choices and so many samples! Always smells so good in here too because they’re always baking some thing. Love you Costco!

I love Costco! I often will shop alone and I can't do heavy lifting. It's never a problem getting employee help to give me assistance with putting water in my cart. When I leave I always get help loading my car with the heavy items. They all help with a smile and professionalism. Costco has really good quality clothing and have great sales. Especially when clearing seasonal items, that's when you get really great bargains. Their fuel prices are best in town other than the other big box store. But loyalty lies with Costco.

This review is for wasting my time. I just drove all the way in from Augusta to gas up and get groceries because the combined cost savings makes it worth it. I roll up here and they've got the gas station shut down because apparently lightning is too close and that's unsafe for their attendants. Who are sitting in their little booth by the way and don't have to come out. Why can't I gas up? they are not pumping the gas for me.....this is dumb. I heard thunder way off in the distance.one time, but I haven't seen any lightning in the 5 minutes I have been here. This is Kansas, we get lightning storms, maybe you should design your gas station better. No one else shuts down for lightning.....

It's a Costco, what more can be said. It's just like all the others. Only thing I wish was different was the Food Court. It doesn't matter what day of the week, there hasn't been a clean table to sit at to eat. I've had to clean the table, even when there was only one in use and all the others were available, but dirty. Nobody likes to eat on a dirty table.

Costco is such a happy place! They say Italy or Cicily invented pizza but it must have been GOD who came up with Costco's heavenly recipe! Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Too many people on their own mission not caring to be courteous, store isn't big enough. Everyday in there is what I imagine shopping the moments after a societal collapse to be like. Not a fan. They do offer some solid products though.

I'm in here quite frequently to pick up my prescriptions, Tammy is wonderful!(But ya need a pharmacy drive through and a curbside pickup!)..good store but the constant moving everything is so incredibly frustrating. Some of us don't have time to have to search the entire store to find what we need and knew the location of the week before. (Yes I know you want people to buy more stuff while they are trying to find what they came in for, but it won't work on people that know that racket! All it does is frustrate us! Lol, I worked retail over 20 years) this is one of the reasons I like Sams. I can get what I need quickly and efficiently. Or place a curbside pickup and be on my way...another huge complaint. I DETEST Costcos website you can't plan a shopping trip as they don't list everything on the website. I also DETEST their bathrooms. The trough style sinks make you feel like your in a mens locker room...there's no place to put your purse or set anything down! They finally installed 2 hooks after tons of complaints. But they are too far away from the sink. I'm not hanging my purse that far away from me while I wash my hands!

There's not much to not like about Costco. I love the samples and it totally works btw. I've purchased so many items from trying the samples first. Most everything is good here and their return policy is top notch. They pay their employees well which I highly respect.

Love going for sample day. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Store was clean and had workers actively cleaning which was nice to see. Good selection of plant-based product

Got some groceries dumped off at my door that I did not order. Thier automated system won't let me talk to a human to fix this. I would have not ordered any of this stuff. I don't know what delivery organization dropped it off either.

The store is small and set up weird as to others in every other major city West. Polite and Helpful Employees though. To small so extra crowded. This is more like a 1/2 Costco.

Great place to get bulk items for a fair price. Have big name brands along with their signature brands, which is just as good. Have amazing deals every time on most items. Very clean and organized as well. Have an amazing good court that serves decent food at fair prices. It's definitely worth the membership and definitely get your money's worth.

The staff are almost always friendly and helpful, obviously working hard. For whatever reason they can never spell anyone's name correctly when signing up for a membership. My name is incorrect, and I know others with the same issue. The store is clean however, and everything is stocked well. Selection is great, and inventory rotates frequently. Location is excellent.

Great store! Super clean and well maintained, not many empty shelves, and I saw people constantly restocking. The majority of staff were wearing masks. Samples were also available. I found delicious seadless grapes because of that.

Good deals to be had but it's way too easy to spend alot of money. If you try to find the things you see online at the Costco website you might be disappointed. Their website and app are pretty terrible by today's standards.

Pros: abundant organic food selection, lots of treasure hunt type “finds” ($$$$), most associates are friendly, Kirkland brand items seem good quality. Really like their grocery selection Cons: Oh my goodness, Costco, come on into the 21st century please. Target, Walmart, Sam's, on and on and on have apps and websites that show you what is in stock before driving 20+ miles to find out they don’t have what you need. And I’ve had multiple experiences asking (nice, friendly) associates where to find basic items previously purchased and the associates can’t even find them. Once a super friendly management associate looked the item up on the computer after saying Costco doesn’t sell that item and found that they actually had 90+ in stock but he had no idea where to find them. He and I eventually did find them. (Time is money, Costco). Curbside pickup would be nice. Scan & Go to avoid the long checkout lines would be nice. Summary: It’s time to renew my membership. I do love Costco. So yeah, I’ll probably renew.

The pizza and chicken bake here are delicious! Also, I highly recommend getting the croissants. Everything is well priced, the store is clean, they have a decently large selection, and everyone is nice and helpful. Also, getting a membership is worth it alone for the gas prices.

Guy who signed us up for our membership spent more time chit chatting with my wife than expected (others around us came and went multiple times in our application time) he also assured us that the product we came for and bought a membership for was for sale. When we finally got our membership and in the product we came for was for the store bakery use only so kinda a waste of time and money for us. He also threatened to yell at us on the way out of store for not buying the gold membership if he seen us with a cart full Plenty of good items and deals. Just not particularly what we needed. And would NEVER want to deal with I'm again.

My little brother applied here and after getting “hired” and being so excited to start, they told him his start date would be Nov. 15 they just needed to do his background check first and he has not heard back since. He’s called multiple times and they keep telling him the system is down and it’s been over a month that he’s been waiting and they still haven’t done his background check to get him started. Holiday seasons is when people need money the most and they just stringed him along.
