This place is amazing! Came to browse wedding dresses & ended up finding one I loved & it was even off the rack! Prices are great, staff is so friendly and nice! The dressing rooms are big! They have huge mirrors & room to talk around in the dress. Was very happy with my experience here! Would 10/10 recommend. Ask for Madyson :)

Customer service is not something they pride themselves in. We had to pick all of our own dresses, the attendant looked very irritated that we were even there and didn’t offer suggestions or ask about the wedding or what kind of dress we were looking for. We were told to go home and decompress and come back later if we felt we needed too. Very disappointed by the treatment and attitude given. I will never suggest anyone come here if you want service and to be treated well.

I won't share pictures just yet since my wedding is next week but Sweet Illusions is a 10/10! The dress I said yes to was taken straight off the mannequin. They needed to order it in my size and when it came in it fit like a GLOVE. Only alterations needed was adding the bustle. Staff is friendly and I have no complaints. Can't wait to show my groom the dress :)

I bought my prom dress here when I was 18 and 7 years later I came back to purchase my wedding dress! The attendants are so helpful and the owner is the sweetest lady! Made all of my wedding dress dreams come true! So excited they will be apart of my special day!

I went in by myself not knowing what I was looking for in a wedding gown, after shopping at a few other stores in the area. The consultant was awesome and we found the dress of my dreams for well under my budget even! The dress came almost a month before I had been told to expect it and alterations were a breeze. Oh my! I have so many things I could say about this store! To start off, I had the best help from Ashlyn the consultant for not only my dress but also my bridesmaid dresses. Then, when we had to reschedule they were more than ready to accommodate. After that we moved states and everyone worked with me so great to come in so close to the date and getting fitted as well as figuring out LAST MINUTE finding a new bridesmaid dress and altering it like 3 days before the wedding!! Such an amazing group of ladies at this place and I am so thankful for everything they provided for us. Would highly recommend this beautiful shop!

From the time of my first consultation, to my final fitting, the entire time at Sweet Illusion has made this experience being a bride-to-be nothing short of a dream. I had the best bridal experience at Sweet Illusion! Patty, the owner, was my consultant and was very professional and helpful as I was trying on dresses for the first time. She helped me narrow down my style and even took off some of the cost of my dress. She also did a fantastic job with alterations and was able to add lining to my dress for an affordable price. I would recommend Sweet Illusion to any bride for a great, local bridal experience!

Highly recommend! I found my perfect dress and the alterations made it fit me like a glove. On my final try on we found a small issue and they fixed it right away! All the employees are super helpful and nice!

I got my wedding dress and train here. The owner even did measurements and was extremely sweet through my whole experience. The changing rooms are massive compared to other places and yet it still feels like a cozy experience. Everyone there was always willing and ready to help. And the dress was amazing! Each time I called for an update, each person I talked to was sweet and polite. The biggest thing I would change is I would have skipped the other places I went and started here! Overall, great experience!

If I could give them more than five stars I would. This is absolutely the BEST bridal store you could ever go to. I am a plus sized bride and was afraid my choices would be limited. Everyone here made sure I felt beautiful and got EXACTLY what I wanted from day one until I picked my dress up. There were some issues with the first dress I chose and ended up having to pick a different one, which I loved even more than the first dress, and everyone was wonderful during the entire process. As my wedding got closer I began to panic about the alterations being done on time, but everything was done about a week ahead of time and absolutely PERFECT! I will 100% be recommending this store for ALL formal special occasions to ALL my friends and family and anyone I know who needs a special outfit for any occasion.

I recently said yes to the dress here! The place was clean, organized and beautiful! My consultant, Ava, (highly, highly recommend) was so sweet and respectful of my budget and was a huge help in finding dresses that matched my vision! I showed her my Pinterest board and she was able to guide me to the one!!! A really great environment and respectful and knowledgeable staff!

The atmosphere was very positive and I pretty quickly found my perfect dress. We also ordered our tuxes here and that process was easy and enjoyable as well. I highly recommend Sweet Illusion!

I purchased my wedding dress from Sweet Illusion and also had all of my alterations done through them as well. They were so accommodating and awesome every single time. The wedding was postponed and they held on to my dress and stored it for me so it was one less thing I had to worry about. I would post photos but my fiancé hasn’t seen the dress yet. If you are looking for somewhere to dress shop or even just looking for alterations, Sweet Illusion is the place to go! They have a huge selection and I found my dress my first day out shopping for it! It was the third one I tried on 🥹. 10/10 recommend.

I just happened to stop by this store and I am so grateful! I made an appointment on the spot and was quickly helped. The staff were very friendly, the boss even came out to check on how everything was going. I needed the dress to be altered within two weeks and they came through! The environment felt safe and the dressing rooms were clean and classy. I highly recommend and am very satisfied with their service.

My bridal experience was amazing. Being a plus size bride I was nervous for the fit and how I would look but the girls at the shop were so helpful and diligent. There were not very many options for plus size (in Jan 2021 when I first went to look for my dress) but my consultant made sure we pulled all the options and helped navigate the fit and what it would be like so I wasn't discouraged or self conscious trying them on and showing my family. From the first try on to the last fitting they made me feel beautiful. I highly recommend!

Had a great experience finding my wedding dress! I was shown so many options and the girl helping me was very patient. I also got my alterations done I’m house. There was a slight confusion on a Saturday with the seamstress not being there, but everything got worked out. Would definitely recommend!

Dara was extremely nice and helpful during my entire wedding dress shopping experience. They helped me find my dream dress and did all my alterations that I needed in-house. They also helped my 10 bridesmaids with their dresses and were very helpful and attentive even though my party was very large. Couldn’t have picked a better place to wedding dress shop!

Came here for a prom dress and Alli and Debbie were absolutely AMAZING!! They have a wide selection in so many sizes! I loved every minute of my time trying on dresses here. I don’t even know where to start! The absolutely stunning Grace was so kind to us from the minute I stepped into the store. She helped cater to my large party and made sure everyone was comfortable. She helped me look at every dress, detail. She really made sure the dress was everything I wanted instead of pushing a dress onto me unlike other dress boutiques. I couldn’t recommend her or sweet illusions to other brides enough! Thank you so much for helping such a stressful decision so much easier!
