    Takes a lot for me to leave a bad review somewhere, but something needs to be done here. It’s ridiculous that you’re constantly left waiting 15-20 minutes past your pickup time for online orders. It seems they need more than 2 baristas because it’s not due to their lack of trying. They are running around trying to fill orders, but their management is setting them up to fail by understaffing them during peak hours. I’ve never had issues with another Starbucks location.

    I have been to this Starbucks several times. I have had decent service up to this point, but today I had an experience which will prevent me from ever returning. I have had allergies my entire life, and I’m always careful to state that I need things to be dairy free. I asked if the Frappuccino could be made dairy free, and I was told yes. So I ordered this beverage with oat milk, only to find myself becoming progressively unwell. After getting my symptoms under control, I looked up the ingredients online and saw that several components of the drink include milk, not just the parts that can be removed or traded out for a dairy-free equivalent. I called the establishment to alert them to this fact and was told, “We don’t know what’s in our drinks, either.” I find this attitude to be unacceptable and I will not be returning. Though I know that such a review will have very little impact on a giant like Starbucks, I hope it will help other allergy sufferers.

    Quick and friendly service. Another customer mistakenly took off with part of my order and the barista apologetically remade it for me. I gave only four stars because the location didn't feel safe.

    Always extremely slow, no customer service, never remember orders. 2 ppl working 2 ppl in the back not helping our light roast was dark our 2nd order of egg bites forgotten. No silverware included! Waited in line for 30 mins!

    I went into this Starbucks and got the apple pie drink and purchased 2 Ventis. I was instead given 2 grande cups and we confronted the baristas about the issue and they brushed us off very quickly and rudely saying we got what we paid for. Which is untrue since we somehow paid 16 dollars. We stayed in to sit a bit longer and saw the baristas all gathered around drinking the left over of the drink they just made for us. So instead of fixing our size issue they were all too busy enjoying most likely what we paid for.

    I just want to give a shout out to all the wonderful ladies working on Tuesday, April 25 around 9am, I came in and while waiting in line to order there was a very talkative man in front of me, it didn’t bother me but the employees made eye contact with me and made sure I was okay and comfortable. It was very much appreciated! Keep up the good work guys, my drink was perfect as well :)

    Employees and managers at this location seem to have not learned this very basic concept of what customer service is! They are rude, unprofessional, and act like children! Do better Starbucks! “Customer service is the support you offer your customers — both before and after they buy and use your products or services — that helps them have an easy, enjoyable experience with your brand.” There was nothing enjoyable about my experience and when I tried to seek assistance I was further let down by the trash management team!

    This Starbucks is the worst!! They are always out of items and have terrible customer service. On numerous occasions Brittan has rolled her eyes at customers and has spoken very hateful to them. If I could give zero stars, I would.

    Never been to a Starbucks before. Ordered a white chocolate mocha. My boyfriend ordered a mango dragon fruit drink. Both were really good. Friendly customer service.

    We ordered an Americana and a tea; they gave me my tea and then we waited quite some time before they looked up from their phones to ask if we were waiting on something else. We said we had not received the Americana and she said I didn't charge you for that; I'm pretty sure she did because it was over $9 and she didn't give us a receipt. We just left and will not go back.

    I just wanted a seltzer. The barista inadvertently scanned the can twice, asking for $2.67. I thought I was in LA again. I declined the soft drink because she was too clueless to realize that single cans of grapefruit seltzer don't cost over two dollars.

    I thought it might have been a fluke until I read the reviews. The ladies in here were rude to put in bluntly. No greeting, no polite smiles, very curt in their responses, no customer service at all. I'm not even sure that i got the right size. I ordered an iced grande (which they didn't ask a size just punched it in) caramel macchiato at about 2 pm on November 7th. They weren't busy. A little kindness goes a long way. Terrible experience.

    I love the customer service here, the ladies are sooo nice and give great recommendations for drinks. However today I went in and a guy was working. He was very slow, with 3 other people in line and he was very rude when finally getting around to acknowledging us

    This is one of the better Starbucks paid 7.57 for a cup of coffee. I got the charge the power chair AKA The throne of Ozz. They only stayed open until 5 p.m. on a Sunday. The ladies that work here we're really friendly

    It is a hotel Starbucks so not owned by Starbucks technically and it shows. When you order cream in your $3 ish dollar coffee they hand you a gallon of Great Value half and half. The entire bottom of my last coffee also was full of coffee grinds. I love Starbucks so this is disappointing. As someone who lives downtown, I hope the service improves.
