There were drying drums everywhere it was awesome I cannot get enough of the Drone in the Garvey Center the Garvey Center has grown and it has it has six it has things that has stuff for the Drone they were super dork they were awesome they were super dork forever yay and then there was this big oh my goodness with the pictures look at the pictures you cannot oh wow the drunk we didn't even get a picture of the drug there were too many drones you couldn't see the Drone troubadour

Driving to this building can be a bit difficult the first time or two with the one way streets around it, but once you figure that out the buildings and parking are easily navigated. Parking garage has had some updating...it was pretty rough for a while , so if you haven’t been in a while you’ll be pleased to see the floors have been resurfaced

Parking attendant was friendly and offered advice to have ticket validated. I ended up going through 3 buildings before I found where I was supposed to be. Lousy directories and site maps. I lucked out and some dude told me how to get there. But even he had to correct himself once. Otherwise it seemed to be ok maintenance wise. Funny thing, use 1st floor button on the elevator, the LL "lobby level?" Button goes to the basement. Which is where the vending machine is. Yes, one.

I've lived here 5 years and have loved every minute of it! The location is amazing the viewer is incredible and the friends you meet along the way here are sometimes just passing through!! The ementites are awesome especially with all the renovating of the 24th & 6th floor outside. I originally moved here for the security......NO REGRETS!!! ❤

There are three separate buildings to the Garvey Center, 200, 250, and 300. Everyone that I have come into contact with in all of these buildings has been extremely helpful and polite. Even the parking garage attendant are helpful. There are many offices including lawyers and security and even private residences. There are even rooms at the 250 building that you can rent for private events such as conferences and weddings. Mindy is in charge of this building and she is incredible. She knows the venue and is always ready with suggestions and any accommodation.

If you wish to book a wedding at this venue be sure to do so during the cooler months of the year. We discovered at the wedding ceremony that the AC is turned off over the weekend. The blowers were on but circulating old air. The room was accommodating however guests were overheating.

The building is always clean which is nice. Security seems to be top notch, I have never had any issues within the building. The area around the building can be rough at times on the weekends, but that is not unique to the Garvey Center, every building in the downtown area has that issue.

I office in the basement of the center Garvey building and every time we have a need, it is taken care of by management or the maintenance staff, all of whom are friendly and accommodating. I also rented the space in the 250 building 10 years ago for my wedding and despite the chairs not being set in groups of 8 around the tables, otherwise it was very cost effective and wonderful.

Nice venue in a nice area. The place looked great when I was there.

Threadbare carpet, hard to find various businesses inside, kind of like a dingy maze. Probably will not be making a return visit.
