We were out geocaching and found this cool place. Appeared that some one had either "partied" here or is living here lot of broken glass and some left behind clothes

A cool little playground with equipment sized for adults. There's monkey bars, parallel bars, a ladder, a few balance beams, I beam ramp and some other obstacles set up in a line to be done like a course.

A Wonderful hiking experience with lots of open spaces as well as the sandy shoals of the Arkansas. Fun for dogs too!

It's a park! It's pretty secluded for being in the middle of the city which makes it kinda shifty at night but it's great to walk during the day. Don't go off the beaten path or you might stumble across less than pleasant findings.

So been back in Wichita my home town for 2yrs and never knew that there was a workout park. Nice touch and definitely enjoyed The hike and having a outdoor workout area to mix it all up. Nice

It's a very nice and quiet area to work out with equipment, right next to a really nice bike/ running path that takes you along the river.

Sketchy people at certain hours but bring company and you've got a great activity spot here. Big field nearby as well, decent sunlight

Fall nature walk with one of my autistic many kids. The slope to the river was kind enough to teach him on not too rough.

Homeless camps. Trail is a dangerous place. Was followed by a guy that kept trying to get me to follow him into the woods. Was also followed down to the river by another weird guy that kept staring at me and grabbing his junk. I'm from out of town and was just trying to find a nice place to take a walk. With all this being said I'm a guy, I could only imagine how uncomfortable and unsafe a woman by herself would feel in this area. Wichita needs to clean up its public areas this is unacceptable.
