Worst service EVER. I went to this place after running over at Sedgwick County Park with a friend because of its convenience being close & having a drive thru. Having worked in Customer Service & Client Retention for over 29 years, I believe young Avery needs some more training. I had only ever gotten coffee there, but remembered them having smoothies. I needed help figuring out what to order & was met with Avery's very poor social skills. She was very snarky & not in the least bit helpful. My whole experience with her I would give this visit 0 stars if I could. Plain & simple, leave your bad attitude & condescending behavior at home when working with the public. Please help Avery in additional training so you don't lose more customers. I won't be back.

This place only allows what they consider a "vehicle." I assume any ebike, moped, or motorcycle should not try to get coffee. They won't even take your order after waiting in the drive thru. It seems like they'd rather just not serve customers.

The staff are some of the nicest around and the coffee was great !

This is a hidden gem. The matcha green tea smoothie is everything. Military discount is nive as well. Great everything!

Very nice employees, and my orders are always correct. I'm only marking it down because I wish it was cheaper and I didn't care for the baked goods. The sugar drinks are pretty great and I like the efficiency of two sides to order from and the employees come out to take the orders as well too ensure prompt service .

Employees are nice but the training needs a lot of work. There are maybe 1 or 2 employees that make the drinks correctly, everyone else doesn't put enough of the flavor shots in the drinks. It doesn't help that the app only says 1 flavor shot no matter what size, even though a large should say 3 or 4 (or whatever it's supposed to be).

I love coming here! I come here all the time and the staff is always super friendly! Today was a one off though, this gal in the drive thru was asking me political questions. Kind of weird, I don’t mind small talk but I don’t feel like that’s a professional topic to be asking customers. Everyone else is great though! Love the coffee here.

Harley and Sawyer were so sweet on Thursday evening when I stopped in for a white hot chocolate. They gave incredible customer service! I am so impressed with their kindness and professionalism. Love scooters and it will always be my favorite. Thanks for the great customer service ladies. Happy holidays!

If you like Starbucks your gonna love Scooter's coffee and other drinks. I come through here a lot and on Veterans Day they they give us choice of drink and size. Oh how I love their coffee and so far any scooters I've been to their barista's have been professional and polite. Thanks Scooters

They have really great blenders and red bull mixed drinks. The girls are always delightful/beautiful full of energy and are very knowledgeable and helpful when asked about the drinks. They also make fire* cookies. Everyone is super friendly and always cheerful and very talkative. This is my favorite location hands down...keep up the good work!!

Quick and friendly service! My wife loved her frozen drink and my coffee is great. There was a place to sit outside, will have to do that on a day it's not so hot!

Quick friendly service, mobile order wasn't made until I arrived which was PERFECT because that day, I was running behind Thank you scooters!!! Please come to Park City, KS
