I ordered two large fries and this is what they gave me. Clearly the bottom of the tray of fries as they didn’t want to cook more so they gave me the leftover stale ones to get rid of them. They were soggy and greasy. They didn’t even fill up the second cup halfway. There’s so much grease on these it stained the cup and you can see how wet the cup is from it.

Best fast food restaurant. I could go order the food blindfolded and I would still get something that I wanted because all of the food tastes good. If you are going to go here, I recommend a chili dog or a Steak-Burger. A triple steak burger with bacon has a whopping 80 grams of protein, it also tastes delicious. The other restaurants like McDonald’s or Wendy’s focus on quantity instead of quality, but Freddy’s manages to give you great quality and quantity. The fries are unlike any other fry I have ever had. They are cooked and fried perfectly, and have incredible seasoning. The fry sauce is something that got so popular for how good it is, they started selling it. I have two bottles of fry sauce in my fridge.

it is our anniversary meal because we could no longer go out and eat. We said no sauce of any kind at least 3 times and he even repeated it back. I am surprised they could get the burger in the box before it fell apart. Like they scrapped some meat off the freezer floor and fried it. So sadly disappointed in this visit! Will post photos of the meal and the tons of mustard we scraped off. The guy at the counter should be less worried about his hair and more concerned over placing correct orders.

Great burgers and fries, just make sure to eat your fries quick they get cold quick. If you want custard you can hold it for after your done with your meal rather then pay twice.

I ordered the Crispy Fish Delux Sandwich Combo to dine-in and it was mouthwatering! If you like a little "kick" to the sandwich, spread on the jalapeño fry sauce.

I know you guys think all the Dashers are stealing your food, so you need to make sure people have to confirm before you hand the order over, but if the dasher is to confirm the order they need to see the freaking order that you are handing to them. Either train your people to show the dasher the order or just hand over the darn order.

The burgers and food are great, but the prices are a bit much. Inflation is everywhere but the prices for the food here are a little more than I think they should be, especially the ice cream. You're paying for the words "world famous" more than the custard itself.

I want to thank the management and staff. At Freddy's. Last night, they held a fundraiser for the south-central chapter of the national federation of the blind for which I am a part of I went there to partake it in the fundraiser and I ordered what I believed they said was their newest Burger which is the pretzel bacon barbecue Burger which was absolutely delicious. They were not shy with the bacon. Anyhow, everybody at Fridays was very hospitable, very friendly. And we enjoyed having our meeting there, and they took very good care of us Mini kudos to them.

Great new options for meals, I'm cutting out gluten and dairy and they have amazing lettuce wraps for their burgers! They're on top of their game and I love going there! We always stop when we see one on a road trip, or just a fun night out! Nice staff, inexpensive food, quality time spent eating quality.

Hadn't tried Freddy's during Lent. Emily was so friendly (I didn't want a combo but when I added ice cream sandwiches at the end she knew that would qualify me and automatically added my total up as combos, thereby saving me 50 cents per sandwich). I also accidentally ordered to eat in rather than take home, but Tyler was so friendly and accommodating to switch out my order to go. Then Emily can back with a sack for my ice cream sandwiches so they could be separate from the hot food during my drive. Almost didn't make it home, the smell was so captivating! Great service, great food, friendly smiles, clean restaurant.

The food is super consistent. The staff is polite, helpful, and quick! You can't go wrong with Freddy's!

Freddy's as a chain deserves a 5 star review, I quite enjoy both their steak burgers and custard. However, this specific location had a couple issues. First and foremost, the wait time at 7:50 PM on a weeknight (not a very busy time) was about 20 minutes for 2 shakes. This seems to be an excessively long wait time for a small order. Second, the lack of a drive through, although a minor issue, is worth noting. I would recommend Freddy's, but this location isn't their greatest example.

I came in during lunch rush with a large work order. The person at the front counter that helped me was absolutely amazing! They took all of my notes that I had written down and got everything rang up perfectly without a single issue. They were so pleasant and kind, Incredibly friendly. They made it such a flawless and easy experience even making sure I had drink carriers and everything that I needed to go on my way. Food is fantastic as always!

We DoorDashed from this restaurant today. Our food arrived extremely cold. We paid for a $5 bottle of fry sauce that wasn’t in the bag. Fry cups were halfway full. My cheese fries were spilled. No straws/utensils/napkins. Don’t waste your time at this location, if you want Freddy’s go to the derby location. Never ever had any problems with them.

Food was delicious, as always. I was very happy to see that all of the staff was wearing masks. There are plastic barriers between the register and guests, and there are plastic barriers between all of the booths. 6 ft markers were placed for if there were a line for the register, and some seats are blocked off to aid in distancing. Was disappointed that many guests weren't wearing masks, that drinks were self-serve, and that dining in is an option.

Burger was very good, fries were OK- pencil thin, crinkled fries would be so much better. But overall was pretty good.

You can’t miss switch Freddy’s- great steak burger combos with drink of choice- then top it off with custard ice crème - fantastic- I give Freddy’s 5 stars!!

Had steak burger double cut in half shared with son. He got fries. We had drinks and love the butterscotch sundaes..they are awesome.

The people were great. The streakburger my son had was great. The crispy chicken sandwiches my other son and I had were dry and seemed like they had been sitting for a while. This is a really good place, but I am going to stick with the steakburgers from now on...

Good as always!! Love their chili dog, good chili flavor without the heat! Associates we attentive, welcoming and efficient. They were busy and they were handling it experience!! No matter what or where one chooses to be employed, do the task well.
