The Belmont is a fantastic place to dine In and feel relaxed, it balances perfectly the art of delicious food, beautiful atmosphere and reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and quickly and efficiently took care of all our wants and needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely out on the town bite.

So glad that the Belmont is part of the College Hill neighborhood. The food is consistently good as are the drinks. The owner is almost always on site ready to address any issues. Would recommend the Belmont to anyone looking to eat in Wichita.

After dinner, we were looking for a place to have drinks in the college hill area. Belmont didn’t disappoint. They had outdoor and indoor seating. The decor inside was amazing. Gave me classical, yet modern feels. Loved it. Felt very relaxed there. No pressure. Everyone is dressed up and having a good time. Not too close to others inside. Very intimate feeling at night. Parking on site is a bit tight, but plenty in the safe neighborhoods immediately surrounding it. I had the kolsch beer and it was fantastic. Will return on a date night or with a group of friends. Really enjoy the atmosphere.

We decided to give this place a try on a Sunday evening. It wasn’t that busy, but our server in particular did not seem welcoming. First, she thought we had placed the order already and did not come to our table for quite a while, After sorting that out, we waited another 15-20 minutes for food to arrive. Apart from the chaotic introduction, the food was delicious. The pork belly was cooked to perfection. We loved the presentation as well. There was a good amount of vegetarian options on the menu as well as gluten-free. I wouldn’t call the prices that reasonable for there were only a few entrees and they only came with either one or no sides. We were a bit taken aback by our experience with the server. Other than that, I would recommend this place for its unique cuisine and the overall atmosphere.

Outstanding place to dine. Great atmosphere, wonderful presentations with exquisite taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The chef did an amazing job with every portion. Would absolutely be a regular if I was from the area. But it was a stroke of luck in selection on my travels as I'm from Texas.

Amazing food and drinks such a unique place for wichita! I loved every minute of it, I had the fried chicken and the seasoning was exceptional, all of the drinks were delicious as well. Great service, I don’t remember her name but she was so kind and polite!

This was a great spot to come into. My friend and I loved the atmosphere, as it was very comfortable to sit and talk while sharing some food. The staff were great and courteous, and the food we got was excellent. We loved the variety of shareables as we were in the mood for light but filling food. The prices were excellent as well, and they had a fairly decent drink menu. I would absolutely come back when I'm in the area and reccomend it to people looking for a nice dinner with great ambiance or if you need a spot to graze and socialize with your friends.

3/15/22 Update - We came back for dinner, finally! We started out with the smoked salmon appetizer. It was okay, nothing we were raving about. For our entrees, we did the Chicken Sandwich and the Ribeye. Both were pretty flavorful and delicious. My ribeye was cooked perfectly. Service wasn’t as great as our first visit. Overall, a good experience. ——————————————— 2021 - We had dinner prior to The Belmont so we decided to grab some dessert. Ummm… delicious would be an understatement! We got the lemon cheesecake with blueberry and the chocolate mousse cake with raspberry drizzle. Both were soooo good! Will definitely be back to try their full menu. Service was wonderful! We had a great first time experience!

It had been a while since I was last at The Belmont. My go-to beet salad isn't on the menu anymore. 😢 My niece & I went with grilled salmon & The Douglas burger after a roasted vegetable appetizer (not pictured). 😋 Our server (Tim) was fantastic. It was a lovely evening on the patio, even after the wind kicked up.

Check it out... casual/upscale restaurant. Relaxing vibe. Great food. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Pork belly is off the chart! Super tender and tasty. Hat's off to server Phillip... outstanding!

The atmosphere! It was quiet with old worldly sophistication during lunch. It's a smaller space with luxury detailing throughout. And the food! No one left a crumb on their plate. I had the sourdough steak sandwich, and the blue cheese aoli melted in my mouth. The other ladies ordered chicken salad Sandy sandwich and said it was wonderful.

Very fancy and sleek building and decoration but this is a perfect example of don't judge a book by it's cover. The server was nice but we watched tables who were seated after us get their food first so we kept waiting. When the food came it was cold. My pasta was wet and not just from the raw egg they cracked on it. Soupy. Wet. Like they wanted to add a bit of the pasta water to the sauce but forgot the sauce. The chicken was bland. Almost like it was also watered down. The bacon was undercooked. The food took 20 minutes to prepare, pasta and a burger. But it was cold and under cooked?? My wife's fries were cold and unsalted. Fries. I've eaten better French fries at the Dairy Queen. Her burger was wet. The bun was soggy. My wife gave a glowing review of their breakfast food but this was completely awful. I paid $50 and my food wasn't even cooked. It seemed microwaved even or left in a warmer. We were excited for a nice dinner for our date night out but we'll stay home next time. I'll cook. Do better. Prices are an actual joke and I'm the clown. Bye forever. Wow.

Delicious food and drinks. Our entire experience was top notch from start to finish. I appreciated all the “little touches” that made this dining experience special. Our server, Grace, was just that. Gracious, knowledgeable and kind. Definitely the place to be.

Hospitality was amazing and the building was nicely maintained. I went near Christmas time and it was such a vibe. Food was good and made me full. The waffles everything. Price was very well for the restaurant as well.

We went there for a couple shower in the upper level and it was decorated nicely and the food was good. We had charcuterie boards and bruschetta boards and the most amazing chocolate chip cookies that were huge humongous. They served wine with it and have a nice selection of wines.

Great food and great drinks, definitely would recommend this place again. I ordered a couple of drinks and they definitely were tasty and well curated. I ordered the bruschetta and the spring carbonara featuring a grilled salmon. The bruschetta selection was great; you get to pick 3 variations and I loved the brie/jam one, a little sweet and savory all in one. The carbonara was boooombb. the way the pasta grips onto the egg yolk just shows how powerful it can hold onto sauces. Definitely would recommend that dish @phidingthefam

Really like the Belmont. I don't know. It seems like the menu could use some expansion. But at the same time they have air conditioned tables outside which they got from Phoenix. So that's pretty cool. Everything else is top notch of course.

Nice environment and friendly staff, but the food is only mediocre, the service was pretty slow, and there is very little parking. Overall, I am pretty disappointed. I had high hopes for this place, but don’t think the parking nightmare and general chaos of the area is worth it.

Loved! There were four of us having dinner. Since we hadn't seen each other for a while we stayed for nearly three hours! The staff was so nice at refilling drinks and never made us feel rushed. The food was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend the cheese board. The dining area is an open concept with large windows and cozy tables, dim lighting, and low music. Our waiter Derek was friendly before we even sat down and continued to be polite and helpful throughout the evening. We will definitely be back, and hopefully not stay so long next time!
