Hassan has done it again and has created a fantastic second Albero location in Wichita! The food tastes even better than ever with the same neighborhood favorites, and exciting new additions to the menu! The bar is more expensive at the Bistro location. The interior is significantly larger than the Cafe location without losing the comfy neighborhood feel of the Cafe. The Bistro location includes a very large *heated* patio. I can't wait until Fall comes so we can make use of the patio! 🔥

📍Albero Bistro (Wichita, Kansas) I was so excited when I heard Alberto Cafe was opening another location. Albero Bistro is a newer restaurant located at Greenwich Place Shopping Center. Albero bistro opened about 2 months ago and I finally made it out there to try it. I love the space of new location! The menu was filled with classics from the location in college hill (Albero Cafe) with some new and fun Italian flared additions to the menu. When I walked into Albero bistro I was immediately greeted by the nice staff, Inez was our server and she did a great job! I shared the Italian nachos with some friends which are a classic from Albero cafe and never disappoint. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and they tasted even better then the spaghetti and meatballs at Albero Cafe! I am for sure going to sit on the patio the next time I am here! I would highly recommend coming to try Albero Bistro the next time you are on the East side of Wichita!

Friendly staff, great environment, but the food wasn’t that impressive. We were actually pretty disappointed. We got the nachos for an appetizer and the Grilled Italian entree. The presentation was great, but nothing was tasty. It was alright, and tolerable, but truly disappointing especially for the price. Our waiter was very attentive, almost too attentive. We appreciated his effort, but he hovered a lot. For example, every time I took a drink of water, he’d come over and fill my glass back up. It was a bit much. I don’t think I’d go back. The menu is big, which just makes choosing difficult. They were accommodating for us, which was so nice. One more thing, our waiter was very hard to understand. I hate to say that, but it made it tough to ask questions. To summarize, if you’re looking for a pleasant and clean atmosphere, you’ll enjoy this place, but if you’re more interested in taking a trip to flavor town, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Their food looks great, but is more on the scale of just okay.

Amazing food, service, and tons of options. Calamari was some of the best I've had and doubly amazing considering we're in Kansas! Salads were light yet filling and the sandwiches were amazing. Super fresh, lots of veggies and sauce, and really great pesto. Pasta was cooked perfectly and so was the fish, and the portions were big! Definitely recommend.

Drink is: Sicilian Spritz ( not a fan but I also do not like wine or champagne, but at least I tried it!) Appetizers: Calamari Fries (excellent) with horseradish sauce (excellent) marinara Garlic bread ( unfortunately, not a fan) He had: Pesto shrimp and risotto: very good! I had: chicken saltimbbocca Alfredo again very good. A few things I, for myself, would like better: table cloth, fabric napkins (not paper). True it's q Bistro but what you pay a little more..elegance would improve the overall experience. Definitely be back for the Calamari!

We liked it. This restaurant is a step above quick service. Our dinner arrived before we'd finished our appetizers. If you have plenty of time dont order both aps and entrees at the same time. If you have a time crunch you will be fine. We ordered the Italian nachos, the sauce used is a alfredo/ cacio e pepe, it is very good but we made an error ordering. It was too much of this sauce! We had a chicken alfredo and chicken Milano both had the same sauce. We had considered the flatbreads and found ourselves coveting our neighbors dinner! My teen gave the tirimisu thumbs up, I found it overly sweet. I already know what I'm getting next time, and am glad to have a restaurant with this menu in this area. They take reservations, make one to avoid a wait. 1 ap, 1 wine, 1 soda, 2 entrees 1 dessert $67

Not going to lie, we had a not so good experience a few years ago at the original location. So we’ve been hesitant to try this new location. A friend came to visit so we took him out to Albero. We were not disappointed! The food had great flavor and service was excellent. We will be back!

Food superb. Service terrific. Great value. To me, and I spent a few years in NYC, the atmosphere exudes a 'Soho-ish' vibe. Food's the star of the show, for sure. Calamari fresh and tender. Salads well balanced with attention to detail; cheese, croutons, peppers, olives, etc. Osso Bucco fell off the bone - moist and flavorful. Wow! Pasta perfectly cooked, just a little firm, as it should be. Great grain flavor. Marinara as good as it gets. Chicken Parmesan was full of flavor and the texture was perfect. Tiramisu was spectacular. Chef rocks - obviously a pro at preparing quality Italian fare. Definitely runs a killer kitchen. Jammed at 6:30 pm, but staffing was appropriate for guest count. Our server, Martin, deserves honorable mention, as he did a great job taking care of us. We had a great experience at Albero Bistro. Highly recommended!!!

I'm glad this location is closer as I fell in love with their pastas in Albero Cafe. Food still delivers the same high quality and it's always fresh. I'm not vegetarian but even their options are one of my favorites on the menu! I have heard of a vegan menu being made and I look forward to it so I can try new menu items and show my vegan relatives this amazing place in the future! Prices are good for the portions as well. Staff are always nice and welcoming even on busy days. The decor is very lovely and establishment is spotless.

I had the pork sandwich meal with pasta salad as my side. It was good, however I feel there was just a little too much sauce on my sandwich. There are some strong flavors in the sauce, and they are good, but it was a little overpowering because there was so much of it and it made the sandwich very messy, I had to keep wiing my hamds on my napkin. There was a lot of food, and I couldn't finish it all.

Clean and quiet location for late lunch on Saturday. Decor is bright and clean, tasteful. Attentive staff and delicious food. Pappardelle Pasta (no protein added) was decadent. I highly recommend it. Amazing fresh flavors. I will definitely order it again!

🫤 My husband suggested a date night here, and I was thrilled because I had heard such wonderful things. We are early birds so we chose a 5pm reservation time. We arrived early so we could see the property, and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the goats and walking around a very pretty setting. We were trea...
