This hotel is so noisy. I have stayed in NYC and had quieter rooms. Do not stay in the King One Bedrooms because you won't sleep. We were told by a staff member that he never sleeps on that side of the hotel because it is too noisy. We did not sleep. Our room was HUGE and reasonable comfortable. If I could have slept, I would rate pretty highly. We did have a rude staff member over the whole weekend. Find a quieter place.

Hotel was clean and rooms felt very new. Comfortable for a couple days in town on business. Only complaint is the hotel didn’t notify me of the active water boil advisory at check in or any time during my stay. I didn’t know until asking for juice at breakfast and was told it couldn’t be made because of the water issue. Of course by this point I had already brushed my teeth multiple times. There were eventually table signs posted but they were very small and often half behind plants or decor items.

I have not stayed at this hotel. But I have gone in several times and had a beer on final Friday or or randomly. I went in just to see how nice the place was. It is newly remodeled and the lobby is immaculate. We got good service in the bar however we did not eat. They have a fairly limited menu but you could get by without leaving the hotel as there are few restaurants in that immediate area within walking. Parking can be a little tricky also but I would highly recommend.

Check in was a nightmare. Vehicles were backed up into the street with no where to unload or anyone directing traffic. Inside we waited over 20 min in line to be told they couldn’t find our reservation, even with a confirmation number, and “please step aside” (with our two young kids!) so they could continue “working on the line”. No one in line could get digital check in to work. We were late to our event. Our room had no window, and the TV worked for about a minute at a time before losing connection for several more minutes. We ended up just listening to the dog barking down the hall and the drunk people arguing and slamming doors outside our room past 11pm. $160/night should provide more value than this. Cannot recommend, and felt very uneasy in a room without a window. They should have to disclose that in a reservation.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Displaced by the 4/29/2022 Andover, KS! ZERO empathy shown regarding that (which was not especially expected) however we were treated very rudely regarding our dog, although allowed. Addressed our 11 year old child regarding not having a credit card on file (WE DID!) in order to purchase some snacks, as well accused of our dog peeing on towels (SHE DIDN’T!) it was coffee on a washcloth I used as a coaster AND, we’ve literally taken our dog with us pretty much every time we left the hotel, if left she was taken out before hand and left for only a VERY short amount of time, not to mention that she is highly trained and never has accidents! In addition to the fact that house keeping only comes if requested and we’ve been here over a week with them only coming 2, maybe 3 times during that time. So towels, toiletries, etc. have all had to be requested when needed (we’re a family of 4!). AND on top of all that had no one to unclog our toilet at approximately 5:30pm so my husband had to go buy a plunger and plunge it ourselves! AGAIN, keep in mind, our house was leveled and we lost EVERYTHING in the tornado!! I would expect better from our community and just humankind in general!

We used online check-in with digital key, however we had to seek help at the front desk because our digital key did not work. They were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and seemed somewhat recently updated. The room would have been fine for a single guest, but the sliding bathroom door doesn't offer great privacy and lets a substantial amount of light into the room when it's dark. I don't know what the deal is in downtown Wichita, but there was a tremendous amount of noise pollution from cars and motorcycles with extremely loud exhaust systems ripping down the street at all hours of the night--even in the middle of the week. This ruined the experience for us. Our room was on the Douglas Ave side of the hotel. Maybe another location would be better.

We will definitely stay here again when we are in Wichita. The property was clean, new, and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and they had awesome drinks. Even the Starbucks was amazing. I love that it is close to many Old Town services and is in a walkable location. It is also a pet friendly hotel and we brought our dog!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and has the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen! Staff was professional and polite. However, I chose it because it is "pet-friendly." Maybe this is new for them; I don't know. But if I have to take my dog several miles just to find a patch of grass for her to pee on, then it is not dog-friendly. Maybe you should specify cat-friendly only. Also, if there was a way to order room service, we couldn't figure it out. Didn't seem to have access to a menu while in our room. Thanks for the great stay!

Our organization rented meeting space for a three day event and the hotel catered a meal on the final day. Appears to be a very nice establishment with pleasant and helpful staff.

The staff was professional, kind and went out of their way to make every part of our stay memorable. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was positive. The bartenders, food service crew, front desk, and even the maid in the hall smiled, said thanks for staying or did something to help us. It's been a long time since I've been somewhere, not just hotels, that had customer service that good and out together like a well -oiled machine. We even received a text with a name within 20 min of checking in asking if everything was to our satisfaction and if we needed anything. All of that coupled, with the Old Town location for shopping and food, Century II and Intrust Arena nearby makes this a great stay for the value. Highly recommended!

We hosted a two-day event at the hotel. The hotel was clean and well cared for. The conference area was in the basement and away from the day-to-day bustle of the hotel. The food was fantastic. The lobby was well suited for gathering in between events for a drink or snack. We were able to walk to get coffee, drinks, food, everything we needed. But above everything else was the customer service! All of the staff - especially Julie, Juan and Ziggy - were incredibly attentive to us. Whatever we needed they were there to help from setup to teardown.

I really had a bad experience and that’s why 1 star. I have been travelled to many hotels and this was my first experience with no car parking and I was told to park in street overnight, I had paid hotel including breakfast and I was told to pay and eat when I started having my breakfast. Believe me it was 18$ for two eggs and coffee. The room did not enough lighting and it was dark. The bathroom door is heavy sliding window, air con was not cleaned etc. I would not recommend this for family.

Came for a wedding and a 5-day vacation and we loved every day. The staff is professional, courteous and will do all they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. Location is downtown 5 to 10 mins from everything. No free breakfast but coffee (mornings) was free (water free anytime). Plenty of great restaurants and sights to see. If you like to walk, this location is choice! Parking is a small challenge but can be found close by unless you chose to park in the ajacent garage for $10/day (should be free) in my opinion.

Had a really great experience at this hotel. It is pretty dang budget friendly for where it's located. The room was perfect. Parking was a little bit of a challenge. But in the end, it served its purpose as a place to lay my head after a long day of driving. I think this is a great location as well if you're looking to explore some of the cool things the downtown Wichita has to offer.

Overall great experience! Check-in: There is a small drive to the east between the hotel and the other buildings. It can hold about 2/3 cars if they don't park in the middle. Checking in was quick and easy. Parking: there's off-street parking which isn't too hard to find, just depends on the time of day you're trying to park and how close you want to be (if you care about parking across the street, down the block, etc.) There is a parking garage behind the hotel with an entrance on the west side of the entire block, not just the hotel. While the website and other reviews say that it cost $10 to park in the garage, I validated the parking ticket with the front desk and wasn't charged for parking. Rooms: Clean, good size, everything thing else was great. Sometimes there was an occasional car car racing up and down the street that was loud but if you're not a super light sleeper it shouldn't be a big issue.

The hotel is updated, modern, and very nicely decorated. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It even has a Starbucks on site which was super convenient! The free parking at the hotel is minimal, so we did end up using the paid public parking garage for a couple nights. Overall, the hotel itself was nice and I would definitely recommend staying there; HOWEVER, the cars racing down the street until after 2am on Friday and Saturday nights was unbearable. I literally didn't sleep Saturday night because of the extreme noise, and we had to get up early for a flight. Until the police decide to put a stop to this, I definitely wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. Pay the extra money and go to the Ambassador.

What is going on with Wichita? If you walk out of the front the hotel you are in a pleasant downtown street with a convenient Starbucks and plenty of nice bars and eateries. If you walk out of the back of this hotel, it’s like a homeless circus. The parking ramp is full of garbage, vomit and human waste. No exaggeration whatsoever ever: I had to walk to the far side of the parking ramp to get down to the next level because the elevator was full of burned garbage and the man smoking crack on the stairs wouldn’t move. Literally could it be bothered to move to one side of the other while hitting torching his glass pipe. The ramp “security” car drove by and didn’t even blink. This is important to note because this hotel only has 8 parking spots for all of its guests.

Located in downtown and about 5 minute walk to old Town. Breakfast is expensive and not really worth the price. Has a very nice gym with equipment I haven't seen in other hotels. Of course that means it'll be rarely used. If you'd like some windows be careful because some rooms don't have one. One annoying thing about this hotel is that parking is connected by a sky bridge on the second floor. The garage seems to be owned not by the hotel and any time you come in you have to get a ticket and have the lobby validate for you.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Super convenient and within a couple blocks walking distance to the Intrust Bank Arena. Parking Garage was only $10 a day, and it gave us direct access to the hotel. Nice, friendly staff and very clean and nice rooms. Will definitely stay here again. Here for the Lauren Daigle concert! AMAZING!

5 stars have stayed here 3 times now it’s our go to when in Wichita. Beds are comfortable rooms have been clean the staff has been friendly. Will say they now charge $10 to park in the parking garage but not a deal breaker for us. It can be noisy at night from the car’s driving by on the main road so if you’re a light sleeper ask for a room away from the front of the hotel.

Nice hotel located in a quiet downtown. Room is okay. The hotel is nice and clean. Next door is a large Starbucks with nice seating. The hotel has lobby/lounge on every floor. And that about is. Nothing significant. I will easy try another hotel in the area next time. I’m not thrilled x Customer service could be better.

This Hilton location went above and beyond to serve us while our organization held a conference at their establishment. All the staff were incredibly professional and kind, even when we had multiple questions and needed help with a lot of our setup. They never once treated us like we were a bother, but instead like honored guests. Kept the place clean and neat. The ballroom is a great setup for a quiet conference, tucked away from the business of the hotel. If you are not sure if you should rent the 401 and/or the vault with your ballroom rental, do it. The 401 connects to the ballroom and the door can be propped open and used as a great place for children to play/color, etc. with someone in there to supervise, and is ideal for vendor tables. The vault was really helpful to have a place to store extra personal gear for the speakers/staff, as well as a great meeting area. 10/10 would recommend this place for your next event!

We stayed here for my niece’s wedding this summer and several family members said they had security issues and didn’t feel safe, and they would not stay here again. There is a lot of loitering outside the hotel (check-in parking, alley to parking garage and street in front of hotel), and no security guard posted at the door. Not the best neighborhood to be without a security guard in my opinion. Parking is also not ideal, especially if you drive an SVU or truck. We do love the lobby layout and that it includes a bar with happy hour. Plus a Starbucks next door. The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed with great views from most.

For the price we paid there should have been breakfast included, but for $18/person plus the room, only disappointment, there was 2 staff that were exceptional, parking sucked and now that’s it the new year you will be paying for room, breakfast and parking all separate. The bed was actually tolerable and I loved that the television welcomed me when we walked into the room…the breakfast server stared you down like we didn’t belong there but all in all our stay was much better then our last motel stay we had

I did not stay. They wanted $50 extra for a small dog, stating that is the new policy for all their hotels/motels. If that is the case, I will never stay with them again. I have always tried to stay with Hilton or Hampton but no more. And the hell of it is, I bet kids are more destructive than most pets. People who travel with pers are very respectful. Not true with parents. In Ill, we stayed at a Hilton, and they approved a pool party for 17 little girls in 1 room and even brought in blankets and pillows for them. And I spoke with one of the chaperones, who said that they paid the single room price.

Excellent hotel. Great value in a modern looking hotel. Great bar and breakfast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great AC and heat and amazing iron! Nice walk in shower too and mini bar.

Beautiful rooms, great location. Douglas gets a little noisy until about 2am on weekends, so keep that in mind when picking your room. We really enjoyed our stay..

Great location and a nice hotel. Be careful to reserve your room in case you get an internal room with no windows. General service is good, but stayed here four times now and just find the reception staff, just rude, not really helpful and did not really make you welcome as a diamond member.

Overall the hotel was nice. The rooms were clean, the building was well designed, and the food was wonderful. The customer service however; could use some work. When we arrived the front desk treated us poorly, and we did not feel welcomed at all. They did not explain certain things to us, so me missed out on a lot.
