I very much enjoyed my one night stay here and will definitely stay here again. It was quiet, the bed was soooo comfortable, the room was cozy and air-conditioned and everything worked as it should. I intended on howling at the moon all night but my room was soo relaxing and comfortable that after only an hour at the casino I was longing to be back at my room so I went back and fell in my bed and got some much needed rest and relaxation. Very fair priced and deposit was only forty dollars. Thank you!

My identity and credit card information was stolen and used by the management at this hotel. Be very very careful.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and spent $1000 and during that time i could only get one new towel from the front desk. No new sheets.. they told me I had to put in a special request for housekeeping and that I would have to talk to the manager. And that's what they all said to me was "ask the manager" the problem is NO ONE IS THE MANAGER! they all have this hands off attitude like good customer service is not allowed...imean come on when I'm paying you $42 a day to stay there I should be able to get some new towels ONCE A WEEK or something. Staff is just lazy that's the bottom line the fitness room has been "under maintenance" for months how dificult is it to dust off 3 exercise machines Windex the mirror wall and vacuum the floor? 30 minutes of work tops but nobody will do it. ..if you go in to the front desk between the hours of about midnight til 6am there is either no one at the front desk available or they are asleep in the chair. The health dept. Or government needs to step in and write the standard into law that would regulate these hotels. They are getting away with whatever they want and charging everyone a different price whatever they think they can get you to pay and if that's not bad enough...they stole my deposit the day I checked out...he "couldn't find it in the drawer" so he said they already paid it back to me...well I think I would know if they gave it back to me and why the F would they give back a person's deposit early, before the day they check out.. he lied and I know he stole it because the same dude tried tosteal my deposit last time I stayed there because ",my room was dirty " so what do you have a housekeeping staff for? Straight lazy is all it is. About the only good thing I can say about the place is I haven't seen any roaches or bed bugs.

My "clean" room #105 had used condom laying on the couch. I went to the front desk and asked if my room had been cleaned. And of course, I was assured that it was very, very clean. I was moved to room 113 where there pink fake fingernails laying on the floor as well as coins. I would advise everyone to stay away from this grotesque health hazard. And to top it off the cleaning staff left tip envelopes in the rooms so they could be compensated for their hard work.

I really should've turned around once I stepped in that lobby, but I gave it a shot. From the poorly-cleaned fish tank to the overwhelming smell of cleaner (I mean the floors were clean, so there's that), to the room of neglect I was in - it seemed like they were doing just enough to get by. Most of the employees were nice (some didn't greet me but they were on theirs cell phones) and the hallways were well lit. But.the.room. fluid stains on the walls, disgusting dirty vents, wiring hanging out, corrosion on metal throughout, and the proximity to their parking lot - where apparently people work on their cars at all hours and like to have inappropriate conversations right next to the windows of the rooms... I recommend paying more and finding a place closer to the city. And avoiding this one entirely. Gross.

Lumpy pillows, paper thin blankets on the beds, a phone number was written on the mirror in our room. I would not recommend staying here. There is no free breakfast, or fitness center.

Charged a deposit on a non- smoking room Incase we smoked which we don't. The room was dirty. There was trash on the floor. Someone kept banging on something at like 7:45 in the morning. The staff wasn't not very friendly. Will not stay here again.

Horrible place to stay. Not worth 1$ a night. The room was dirty. Burns in the bedding. Glass on the bathroom floor due to broken light bulb. The front desk guy asked me for a tip three times for sweeping up glass. Hidden 40$ deposit hold on card for security deposit. Nasty place.

Whoever is working the morning of July 20th 2022 is a thief and a liar they charged me a $40 deposit this morning when I went in to get my deposit he said he had to check the room he went and checked the room came back and told me we smoked in it and refuse to give me my deposit we did not smoke in the room. We stay in Park City Kansas 30 weeks out of the year and this place will never get my business again. I called the owner directly and discussed my problem with him he said he would do an investigation and get back to me and I have heard nothing from anyone since

We stayed here and the shower in our room didnt work. We asked the front desk to send maintenance who arrived at checkout time. We asked them to comp our room or refund it and they only gave us 20 dollars back. RIDICULOUS!!! ANY MOTEL ( EVEN THE ONES ON SOUTH BROADWAY) WOULD REFUND AND GIVE YOU A COMPED NIGHT.... TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY

Worth it. Kind. Marigold has thinner walls, I actually called and nothing happened with the noisy surrounding rooms, nothing was done. You DESERVE better to sleep in, either way.

I stay in a lot of hotels as I have traveled for work for over 20 years. I have seen it all but this one gives everyone a run for their money. Rotten food in the refrigerator that made the whole entire room stink. Uncapped dirty used syringes on the floor. Drop tile ceiling in the bathroom that's hiding the horrific black mold situation. First room the TV did not work. Second room the heater and AC were malfunctioning. Whole entire place has a stinch that I still can smell in my clothes. The toilet didn't didn't flush. The beds had not been washed in a long long time. It was so bad that I went to the laundromat the next day to wash all my clothes and my pillow. Normally I would just checked out but we were in the middle of an ice storm and I had just worked a 14-hour day.. when I tried to bring these issues to the staff's attention they were not concerned at all. The snow and ice situation was out of control. They did absolutely zero to help. No salt no shovels nothing. I don't usually write reviews and I don't know what it was about this place that disgusted me so bad but please do yourself a favor go down the street to motel 8. $2 cheaper, nice breakfast, decent bed and very clean room. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would! The beds weren’t clean, my husbands pillow literally had like an orange stain on it. The pillows made my face break out in hives even though I don’t have a sensitive face. And my husband accidentally left his ring on the counter and they STOLE IT! I know he left it there because I looked at it as we were leaving and said don’t forget to grab your ring so it’s not anywhere else. So they have a thief in their housekeeping. Luckily the ring isn’t worth as much as it looks like

Should give no stars if possible. The whole place stunk. Shady people hanging out in front of the place. Room stunk so bad it gave me a headache. No water pressure at all. Sink faucet was piped backwards. Cold was hot, hot was cold. Old beds and and fixtures. Holes in bathroom ceiling and walls. Wife about fell getting into the shower no safety mats etc. and no grab bars. We were worried about bed bugs so we really checked the sheets. The entire building needs to be torn down or at least gutted and start over. Was a old Days Inn. Don't waste your money staying here it's really bad. It was not represented well on the travel site that I booked it on. Our card was already billed upon arrival, that was not suppose to happen, then we had to give them 40 dollars as a deposit. When checking out the front desk clerk made us wait until he checked out the room. For what?? Damage?? It already was damaged and in disrepair. No gym and their breakfast was something questionable in a stapled brown bag setting on the counter in a box. We had our daughters with us and I was really worried for our safety and theirs.
