They don't want to solve your problems. They just say that they can't do anything about it, and refuse to give out any contact information of someone that can actually help you. As if the store employees really don't have the means to get in touch with other departments. It's ridiculous. I can only recommend not to switch to their mobile phone plans.

Waiting 10 minutes already… only one staff member available. Ended up 20 minute wait or so. Man was nice, but things could be a lot faster!

Misplaced my pin/put card, went to the Orange store in Howald and was greeted by super friendly and kind lady who resolved my issue in minutes! She also told me that I could have requested this by phone which was helpful. Will definitely use this store again!! Friendly and efficient service!

Really kind service from the staff and really good recommendations on things. Wanted to change my current contract to my name since I now have a job. The clerk made us aware that this would lose my almost 50 months of customer loyalty rewards (like saving 300€ on my next phone!) So he offered us to just put me in as a second owner of the contract, keeping the loyalty advantages and all, while my dad basically has nothing to do anymore with the contract. Really thankful that he made us aware of this. Austin was really really friendly and we had a great experience overall. Definitely coming back for the new iPhone 15 in a few months using that 300€ rebate ;)

Awesome!! The employee Eduard made an amazing job, we appreciated a lot his honesty and opinion. He was really nice and helpful, thanks to him I feel like I bought what I wanted and really was heard for my needs. If you come to this shop ask for him he’ll assign you to your desired and best purchase.
