Choice and price are quite ok, but the staff is remarkably uninterested

Delivery system is faulty, ordered a product and not delivered on time. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Bad service, I choosed a freezer to buy however they but a fridge in my car instead. When I called thay told me "I" have to bring it back. I brought it back to them next day and replaced it. Not even a compensation for the mistake was offered "unless I asked for it"

Several electrical appliances bought and still work after more the usual 2 years warranties.

I bought something and I told him have to be delivered. They keep call me they say come and pick it up . After the item is arrive, keep call me say come pick it up and I told them have to be delivered. When I went to the shop in Foetz they said they have to be written on the receipt. It’s for delivery is a joke not even deserve one star .The Staff is not friendly.

Relatively small electronic shop. Little bit on the pricey side. Good customer service.

It doesn't offer a big choice, also it miss a good videogame section.... maybe it is more focused on home appliances

It isn't as big as Saturn in Belval Plaza but it still has a lot of products.

If there is less than one star it will be better, unprofessional staff delivering the product disrespectful staff of the delivery service they shouting on phone and really street manner and very bad attitude.I hope the company see these problems and rise it up to fix this awful behaviours of delivery staff. (It's so shame that this happens in luxembourg).
