Super quick service. I like it

This is basically a Home Depot look-alike (even down to the orange signage on the interior). The service here seemed better than at the nearby Castorama. Well stocked; typical prices.

Zero....Literally zero customer service....spent 20 minutes standing at one bay waiting for assistance..another 20 min wasted despite asking a lady to find me some one who can assist. Special thanks to the lady in a back dress with OBI lan in neck with some keys....to proudly say I don't answer/I can't help Expect friendliness :0 Attention to customers :0 Monoplolised prices :99 Friendliness : not at all Understaffed: not here to run someone's business

Cool market. Some positions are more profitable than in Auchan

Sometimes it can be tricky to find the right person for the right department but all in all you can’t go wrong with OBI.

Good staff. All plumbing and construction related stuff is available. I have purchased twin light stand, Dafi water filter and shower head. And it's very near to Galleria Bronowice

They always have what I'm looking for and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable

I bought here polystyrene xps for microscale modelling. Not an usual place for that kind of activities 😀I always like to talk to assistants - they have always a plenty of ideas and understanding for weird ppl like us. I dislike security guards as they always look at you as you were a thief or a murderer. Still not sure whether Castorama or Leroy Merlin are better or not.
