Inside the highcross shopping centre. Small but with quite a good range. Popped in to get lateral flow tests and the pharmacist was quite abrupt (they must be sick if it by now) most staff are lovely though. No self checkouts so you have to queue meaning purchase can be a bit slow. Small mezzanine second floor for seasonal, photography and baby items.

The store is quite small but still have a large variety of products. Friendly and helpful staff. Busy at times but service is quick.

Almost complete product they have, i buy this eye drop twice and have no problem. They have also if you want to buy meds from doctor prescription. If there are more variant brand lets say Makarizo product it would be perfect for me😀

I always find Boots a great shop for medicines, personal hygiene products, make-up and vitamins etc.. Staff are caring and helpful.

Appalling experience. Went in for weight loss products. Staff did not smile or say goodmorning. When asked for directions told in health section. Had to take ticket from shelf which said go to till for product. Till staff said had to go to pharmacy till. Pharmacy till testify said product is on shelf and took me there and then said go to main till. Main till said couldn't serve me as only person on till. "Could they perhaps get someone" Told no as everyone busy..shelf stacking surley shouldn't take over customer service. Eventually someone went to stores only to come back with wrong product and then came back saying out of stock. No apology..or willingness to see if Boits fosse park would have any in stock. Very helpful and friendly staff. My prescription was late going in (my fault) and I needed an injection which they hadn't in stock so the pharmacist made a few phone calls and managed to get my injection in another store the next day. Above and beyond.

Shame the lift is always out of service and the baby section is on the second floor! Fix your lift please as mums with prams are unable to pick up baby essentials! You are losing business.

Unfortunately had a bad experience here. The whole store was run by extremely young people very odd? Also they tried to over charge me for an item and when I questioned it they seemed to take ages to figure out the refund I was owed and it took 2 attempts to get it right! I had to tell them the amount I was owed as they didn't seem to be able to work it out. If I were the manager of this store I would be worried as I bet the sums don't add up. Personally I wouldn't shop in there again.

Worst boots store ever. 1. Wrong price label. I found it when checkout 2. Bad service. the staff don’t believe me when I tell him that the price label is wrong. He come to see the label twice and finally tell me to wait for his colleague - a silver hair lady to help me. But they never come. She come to serve another lady who arrives later than me. We just stay there for a million year. I also complaint it to Boots official website.

Went to No7 stand for advice on tinted moisturiser, the girl was so helpful with the correct colour, I also bought a lip pencil, again on her advice and a lipstick, fantastic service. Thank you
