Lauren is amazing! Wonderful personality great advice. Listens very well and she asks what your comfort zone is for everything. Very bubbly . Love her! She it's very easy to talk to. Loved her washing my hair very relaxing. She did an amazing job on my hair. It was her first time doing a long bob and she was nervous and scared of it at first but we got one of her teachers over there and we asked if she could be shown a little bit of how to start each section and once she was shown she did amazing! Same thing with my long layers that I wanted. She was very attentive and I loved talking to her will definitely be back to get a touch up on my hair when it's ready! I am so happy with my hair! The mint deep conditioning that I got was amazing felt great and smelt amazing 👏 GOOD JOB LAUREN YOU DID AMAZING! Keep up the amazing work!

Made an appointment with a stylist that I’d established a relationship with, got to the school for my appointment only to find out that some of the students (including my stylist) were “out” doing some sort of community event. No one bothered to call me to tell me that she wouldn’t be there or ask if it was OK to be scheduled with someone different. I decided to give them another try. Had my son call to make an appointments for us with the aforementioned stylist (for me) & was told that she was no longer there. So, I asked if there was someone who could style my hair in a particular style. I was told “We don’t do that.” I’ve gotten the style before, but I asked for something different. Appointment booked … or so I thought. Arrived for appointment & was told that I didn’t have one. Then… I saw my stylist walk in!!! I believe the woman on the phone sabotaged (or tried to) bc she misunderstood my son & got an “attitude” w/ him. My stylist did end up doing my hair in the style that I originally requested. When I went to pay, I noticed that I didn’t receive the card w/ the QR code for leaving a review. It made me wonder if the woman who checked me out was the one who tried to sabotage things for us. So unprofessional! I’m not sure I’ll be going back. UPDATE: Ms. Theresa reached out to me and listened to my concerns. She offered to make things right and took good care of me. Her professionalism came shining through! Thank you, Ms. Theresa. I’ll be returning as a client.

The instructors Christina and Ms T. gave a well-balanced support and hand- on instructions to their students. I was greeted by Britney and Stacy at the front desk. They were very upbeat and friendly! I had the pleasure of working with the student Jay today! She was very compassionate, caring, a great listener and a delight and a true pleasure to work with! She is very teachable and has a lot of stamina! She is going to be and already is Dynamite! 😊

Cara took care of me today. She was efficient and did a great job. She asked follow up questions and tackled the style I asked for with confidence. Once she had completed she asked more follow up questions to make sure my hair was styled in the manner I wished. Because of her efficiency I was out of the salon faster than I normally would be. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience today!

The salon is beautiful and professionally decorated. Particularly clean. Normal wait times like any other salon. My daughter's 5yrs old and got a deep condition and silk press with Samara. She was very intentional about making her feel comfortable and safe with her being that parents can't sit on the salon floor. We had a pleasant experience!

Mariah was amazing!!! My hair feels so soft! She was so experienced and very good at communicating. I really appreciated the consultation in the beginning she was very detailed and thought with the questions she asked about how I wanted my hair to be. She was very gentle with my hair.

I really enjoy Empire Beauty School. This is why: Professional, courteous, personable. Aesthetically pleasing and always super clean. Reasonably priced. At times the appointment keeping is off, but they always do their best to accommodate. The only downside is if you really enjoy a stylist, they won’t be there long (graduation). That comes with the territory though. And there is always someone new to take care of you. Back again! Iron work with Jada this time. “I’m whipping my hair back and forth!” Better stop before I break something. 😄 Thanks Jada - for making me look and feel good!

Amanda did a great job on my clipper cut. Will definitely be coming back for other services! Update: I came back for a facial, manicure and face wax and each service was also excellent! I highly recommend this location! I even told some coworkers to check it out.

Oh my God! Where do I begin? From start to finish everything was simply amazing. I seriously forgot I was at a school. Everyone was so professional and very well trained. I was extremely nervous about cutting my locs after 17 years but Nee Nee one of the beauticians in training made me feel really at ease! Nee Nee checked on me between every snip and every color highlight. Im so indecisive so I finally said, "Girl you are an artist, you got this!" And baby she is truly an artist and a great beautician in the making. I went from quietly working on my laptop while she did my hair to yassssss honey!!!! I left feeling more confident and radiant then I have felt in a while. I will definitely be back and bringing a friend or two!

The staff was friendly and very Knowledgeable. Casandra helped me figure out a style and gave me great tips to keep my hair healthy. My hair came out amazing and I will be returning every week. It was a fun and welcoming environment! The prices were very reasonable as well. The teacher was very hands on walking around and checking the work as it progressed. She had a great vibe and was very helpful and knowledgeable!

Ms. Theresa has been the most pleasant and informative executive director I've ever encountered. Enrolling into beauty school is a huge career track change for me, and I appreciate the transparency she provides at the beginning of the tour and enrollment process. All I can think about when leaving is how warm her presence is! In my first encounter, I felt that she was genuinely happy for me, and very informative to the point where I knew exactly what to expect regarding next steps. I have toured countless schools and my experience with Miss Theresa was positively unmatched. She is one of the main reasons I have decided to enroll in Empire beauty school. The staff is super nice and the young lady who did my hair was really. Sweet she and her teacher taught me a few things about my hair and any questions I had were answered. I originally came for braids but got a perm rod set instead and I'm so glad I changed my mind. I will be back here again! 😊😊

Came in today for a wash and blow dry. The staff was amazing Brittany she did a wonderful job took her time. Made sure that my daughter hair it was very very nice soaking and I was so impressed at how soft her hair was. I’m definitely referring to my friends and family. I enjoy coming here each and every time.

I booked with Keara Barker for a cut and deep conditioning treatment as well as a gel manicure and OMG…! I’m in love! My hair feels so refreshed and the technique she used made my cut look flawless. As well as my nails. I’ve gotten them done at a salon and the both quality’s are the same and she was very relational and made me feel extremely comfortable. 10/10 would visit Empire to get services again and AGAIN!

Words CANNOT describe how much I love my new look thanks to Lexi! I have never professionally had my hair done before and I was nervous going into it, but she made me feel like I was at home from the start. She brought such phenomenal energy the whole time and kept me engaged in a conversation which made it go super fast. Very detail oriented and Lexi made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving.
