Made
an
appointment
with
a
stylist
that
I’d
established
a
relationship
with,
got
to
the
school
for
my
appointment
only
to
find
out
that
some
of
the
students
(including
my
stylist)
were
“out”
doing
some
sort
of
community
event.
No
one
bothered
to
call
me
to
tell
me
that
she
wouldn’t
be
there
or
ask
if
it
was
OK
to
be
scheduled
with
someone
different.
I
decided
to
give
them
another
try.
Had
my
son
call
to
make
an
appointments
for
us
with
the
aforementioned
stylist
(for
me)
&
was
told
that
she
was
no
longer
there.
So,
I
asked
if
there
was
someone
who
could
style
my
hair
in
a
particular
style.
I
was
told
“We
don’t
do
that.”
I’ve
gotten
the
style
before,
but
I
asked
for
something
different.
Appointment
booked
…
or
so
I
thought.
Arrived
for
appointment
&
was
told
that
I
didn’t
have
one.
Then…
I
saw
my
stylist
walk
in!!!
I
believe
the
woman
on
the
phone
sabotaged
(or
tried
to)
bc
she
misunderstood
my
son
&
got
an
“attitude”
w/
him.
My
stylist
did
end
up
doing
my
hair
in
the
style
that
I
originally
requested.
When
I
went
to
pay,
I
noticed
that
I
didn’t
receive
the
card
w/
the
QR
code
for
leaving
a
review.
It
made
me
wonder
if
the
woman
who
checked
me
out
was
the
one
who
tried
to
sabotage
things
for
us.
So
unprofessional!
I’m
not
sure
I’ll
be
going
back.
UPDATE:
Ms.
Theresa
reached
out
to
me
and
listened
to
my
concerns.
She
offered
to
make
things
right
and
took
good
care
of
me.
Her
professionalism
came
shining
through!
