We just wanna make a comment that Sharon on the front desk, took great pride in giving us the most excellent service. She was so polite and we were so very impressed as well as the cleaning crew that took care of the rooms. We definitely will be staying here many more times, and it’s due to the wonderful staff that you have.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I was charged an additional/wrongfully $150 for my service animal. I was told it would be refunded to back to me on 11/22 and now a month later they are saying that was under the old owner and are not offering any service nor resolution. The 'NEW OWENER' spoke to me as if I was uneducated and didn't understand positives and negatives in my own bank account nor offered any resolution, basically stating that its wasn't his problem. I will never stay at this location ever again.

My experience was good, I recommend it. They have breakfast and is good, I like it. The room is Okay and the bathroom has good size. It is nice you have a space with mini fridge and a place to put the bags. The only thing was that the cleaning woman probably changed the liquid soap for the body cream, but I'm glad there was a bar soap (some hotels don't have it when they put a shampoo holder and liquid soap inside the shower); and also the soap pump didn't work properly.

This is my safe place to go to during Hurricanes that may affect my area. My wife and I have been going here for yrs. Unfortunately my wife passed away in 2022 and when Informed the lady that was checking me in she said no worries you have us now. This is a great hotel and I highly recommend it.

Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Love the area and stay often, usually in other Hotels, but from now in, Holiday Inn Express.

What a wonderful stay! Highly recommend when in town! Clean, spacious rooms with lots of amenities. Loved the hot breakfast in the morning with cinnamon rolls! A special thank you to the team- Sharon, Samuel, Ethan, Kayla, and Nancy for going above and beyond during our stay here! Will definitely be back!

Was in town for a basketball event, and my previously booked hotel was overbooked. Sharon and her colleagues not only had a reservation but were more than helpful. My daughters and I enjoyed delicious breakfast and great customer service. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Would most definitely stay again.

Room was super clean and service was great! The breakfast was wonderful and stayed stocked! (10/10 would recommend the pancake machine and the cinnamon rolls)! The staff was also extremely helpful and sweet!

Everyone on staff was great to work with, rooms very clean and spacious and really impressed that they did a refresh of the room daily. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options every morning to choose from to eat. Will definitely be using this location again when we travel to the area again.

The hotel is really nice and the service is good. I only gave the room 4 stars because we had to ask for linen for the pull out sofa and the body wash was out in the shower but the linen was resolved within minutes. Room was clean and the beds are comfortable. TV has HBO which was nice. Spacious!
