    After living here for years, there have been several changes in management. The latest one has not been a good change! I spoke with a woman who has been there a year and she totally disregarded that whole point of my call. She even started yelling at me and then proceeded to say I was cussing at her which I wasn’t. I simply asked her if she was new and how long she’d be there because I had never heard of her before. She then told me if I was going to “come at her job to call the recorded line.” How UNPROFESSIONAL!! We were on a list to rent two garages for over two years…they completely “forgot” about this. It’s a shame that they don’t value their loyal tenants!! This is not a good way to keep your tenants. Additionally there has been a leak in my garages for over a year, I have reported it several times. They “fix it” and it stops leaking for a couple weeks then it goes right back to leaking through to the drywall and it makes a BLACK MOLD spot until or made a hole again. I would NOT ever recommend renting from here!! Don’t waste your MONEY or sacrifice your PEACE!!

    My girlfriend and I moved in here in October with the Vail layout plan. Our experience has been exceptional, best apartment I have ever stayed at. Gina did a great job with getting us our lease. Unlike most complexes, the noise discipline here is great, the amenities are fantastic, and the maintenance crew are sharp and friendly. The area is very homely and welcoming and has easy access to everything you need. Highly recommend this property and staff to anybody and everybody looking for the best apartment experience. Thank you, guys!

    I moved in here a week ago, writing this review based on my experience so far. I will come back and add more details in couple of months from now. The property location is good and has a well maintained landscaping. The property seems to be quite old and has some issues due to its age. My apartment has old cabinets which are in beyond repair condition. Same is with appliances- very old but in working condition. There were some issues I found after move-in. They fixed some of the issues quickly and has promised to fix the rest. I highly recommend to tour the unit physically before move-in which I did not. Staff is very friendly. Alisha was the point of contact for my move in. She was very helpful in providing all the information and sending in all required paperwork.

    I was a resident of Retreat at Seven Trails for nearly 3 years while I was in graduate school. I had a mostly positive experience the first two years I was there, but int he final year there were some changes in management that were very disappointing. They raised rates without notice and had very poor communication. While frustrating, I was able to put up with these things until I moved in August. Recently after my move, I mistakenly ordered an Amazon package to my old address at Retreat at Seven Trails. I promptly reached out to the Leasing Office to see if someone could intercept my package until someone could come pick it up, as I am now 7 hours away. An employee of the office, Gina, offered to pick up my package and return it via UPS. I was extremely grateful toward her and sent her the return information. After waiting for my refund for nearly two months, I found out from Amazon that the money was sent to Gina via gift card and has been used in full. She is now not responding to my emails and her manager at the leasing office states that this is not his problem and there is nothing he can do. I am at a loss of what to do next. I trusted her with my property as an employee of Retreat at Seven Trails and she stole from me. I would advise anyone who lives here or is intending to live here not to trust the office with any valuables or money.

    I've lived here for a year and half and everything is great! It's a quiet area with lots of wildlife around making it feel more like a home than a college dorm. Gina and Jeremy were amazing when my AC went out and they had it fixed in no time! Last place I lived that would have taken at least two weeks to get done. Couldn't be more happy!

    Heather is the best leasing agent I have ever worked with! She was extremely helpful with getting us moved in even though it was very last minute. Very quick to get back to me with any questions I had and and made the moving process much easier! She deserves a raise and a cookie!!

    Our maintenance man, Greg, has been excellent in trying to clear up the problem of our garage door opening of its own accord. He has reprogrammed the remote and replaced it to correct the problem. I thank him for his friendliness and efficiency in this problem.

    Our maintenance man Carter was the best man for the job when he fixed a problem that arose with our ceiling! After we had a problem pop up in the middle of the night he was there first thing in the morning and made sure it got fixed in the best way possible at every turn. There were points when he could’ve taken a shortcut or cut corners and he chose to take his time and make sure it got done the RIGHT way.
