I always have an amazing experience here. After a terrible experience at another location, Lori encouraged me to come visit Complete Care. The initial visit was very thorough and they touched on all the important details. Every session has been professional and the medical assistants are always so great with my care. Thankful for this amazing group!

The staff here is wonderful and truly care. They take the time to understand what is wrong so they can personalize your treatment; you're a real person, not just a medical conditioner. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy treatment.

Great staff!!! From initial intake to getting weekly therapy, it all has been a wonderful experience. Kazi is great to work with. I can go on and on. Caring, accommodating, patient, etc. I’m glad my family were referred here.

All of them are very professional. They answer all my questions. They are very good with helping with therapies from beginning to the end. My experience with them helped me greatly from beginning to end with my accident. I would specifically like to acknowledge Lina and Kathy at the front they answer all my questions. I truly appreciate Ms. Sierra for being gentle, but thorough during her assessments. She has a calming voice and listens. Dr. Prowe has actually made me feel that he cares for my well-being. Definitely, more than the ER doctors that I have seen. He is more detailed, patient oriented, and explains procedures. I can only say great things about this office location. I really appreciate the commitment in care given to me by all the Therapist that have taken care of me. Such as Kazi who is very personable and is constantly reminding me to breathe since I have a tendency to hold my breath too long during my sets to prevent my dizziness. Which I am guilty of holding my breath often. I have also been treated by Mathew, Aspen, Elliot, and Analisse. They truly make me feel as if I am their priority and they all take pride in their work, allowing me to advance in technique as my body and pain will allow it. Kathy and Lina who work at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly when I arrive to the office and from what I see with other patients as well. They are very patient with my scheduling and rescheduling, and faxing forms I need for my insurance company without making me feel as if I am disturbing them. DJ, the office manager is attentive and promotes team-work. Thank you guys for all the great care!
