This is such an amazing creation. Acres of miniature Lego reproductions of major cities and landmarks in America. If you go to Legoland, make sure you take time to see this!

Wonderful experience with the kids, even better now that it is covered and offers a respet from the sun.

It was cool, but I wouldn't say it was overwhelmingly cool, which I would expect from LEGO. They need to maintain it better (not all the action parts were working) and refresh the bricks so that they don't look so weathered. It looked untouched since it was built. Waiting for the space shuttle to launch was a let down when it only went up 1 foot. Make it go up 5 to 10 feet at least.

If you leave it until the end, set aside a good amount of time to observe the details and interactions of Miniland's assemblies. The details are more visible during the day, but the lighting on the pieces is also fantastic. When in doubt, stop by at the beginning and end of the day!
