This mall is hurting badly. A lot of empty spaces and not much to choose from. Plenty of parking and the way to enter is by the Cheesecake Factory! Great place to walk around for mall walkers and the Macy’s is three level and a beautiful store so that’s a plus. Chesterfield Mall though does have a awesome AMC theater. Let’s bring more businesses to Chesterfield Mall and make this place GREAT AND FUN again.

Sad to see this place declining. It’s still a nice mall, but it’s nearly entirely empty. Huge props to the custodial staff for keeping it so clean!

Short: this mall is effectively dead Long: unless you're here for the AMC theater, Macy's, maybe Dillard's, the Chesterfield Mall is basically abandoned. Of the hundreds of stores it once boasted, a mere handful are left. Several spots have opened small offerings like s couple arcades and an RC racing place. The food court is basically empty. No kiosks are open. I honestly can't figure out how this mall is actually still operating with no tennants. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up shutting down completely, closing off the interior, and letting Macy's and AMC function independently. Good for a walk tho if the weather's bad. Inside ac is still working fine.

Lots of the stores seem to be closing late afternoon. Several Pickle ball courts on the lower level. IMAX theaters to be enjoyed.

Maybe this place thrived at one time, but that time is over. It's a good thing I came here for the movie theater and not shopping, because I'd be highly disappointed. I did a lap around the place after my movie, just to see if maybe things got better further into the mall. They don't. Outside of Macy's, there really isn't a store worth (or open, for that matter) going in. There were cobwebs and dead bugs and the food court is nonexistent.

The mall is rough. There’s no place inside that’s worth shopping in tbh. Besides Macy’s, V Stock, and others that you can access outside, I can understand why this mall may close.

A Mall that seems to be hanging on. A lot of businesses have closed but there’s still a few left including restaurants and a skate park in the former Sears building. Pickle Ball courts have taken over the lower level and a section of the mall in the Dillards wing and Sears wing have been blocked off. Stop by here if looking for a place to eat, play some Pickle Ball or to do some indoor skate boarding!

Not much here; however, if you like pickleball, badminton, or classic arcade games...this place is great! Lots of courts and great walking.

Rating is for Cheesecake Factory at chesterfield mall. We had reservations. Had to wait for hostess, as there was no one at front desk. Hostess must have been having a bad day. There was no smile or greeting. Just 'how many?' We had to wait, even though we had reservations. The waitress must have been having a bad day too. She brought drinks but didn't leave straws. It was about a 30 minute wait after order was placed to receive food. We had two toddlers and were concerned about their patience. I had to catch food as she shoved the food toward me with no asking or warning. One item was wrong. We all ate while the wrong order was remade. About another 30 minute wait. No refills on drinks. No updates about remade order. Chased her down once to get a refill. Manager did take money off order. Oh , and when she brought back receipt for food. She said ' have a FANTASTIC day ', sarcastically. Never been treated so poorly when eating out. And please don't justify by , we are short staffed.

The mall looks really good to walk around in.But there is not a lot there and lot of places to go because lot of them are Closed. And I tried to record the place because they're closing the mall down. But while doing that I ran into someone Being all rude to me and telling me not to record mall which I understand they don't want you recording places like sometimes . But I I was trying to ask the guy why I'm not allowed to do that if there closing down the mall anyway But he wasn't Giving me a reason why I couldn't do it. But I didn't want to start anything with the guy. So I told him that I would stop recording. And I thought I was done with the conversation but on my way to V stock he follow me there and was literally threatened to kick me out of the mall despite me being nice to him me and me telling him that I wasn't recording things anymore. So he was trying to Escalate the Situation. he even went to the point of asking how old I was. So Had to tell him again that I told him I was done recording. He finally dropped it and left me alone giving me a warning not to record any more. I shouldn't haven't had tell him that 2 times. And again and wasn't trying to be rude to him I was just wanting him tell me why I couldn't record if there going to close the mall anyway. But I never got a reason. But I was so mad at that point and Uncomfortable because of the way I was treated. So at this point I don't care if I the mall closes especially after the way I was treated

Few traditional stores, but many alternative store fronts and small businesses. Worth a walk around if you need something to do. Some wings of the mall are sealed off. The main entrance is between the cheesecake factory and v-stock.

I mean, the mall is mostly dead. But there are some great local shops and decent restaurants around. I think it will make a comeback with all the apartments going up around it. And of course the movie theater is good.

Sad to see this mall going away soon it is very sad because this mall used to be a mall where you could go shopping but there is only v-stock and cheesecake factory left there and pickle ball and tennis courts and it was also very sad to see the AMC go that was a great place to go see movies it was always clean there.

I just went for Cheesecake Factory which was fine. But, the mall area is really deteriorating. They aren't taking care of the parking lots, buildings, streets, or signs. It looks deserted. Sad.

Sad to see this mall so abandoned. Someone needs to do something with it so that its not used as a tennis court. Wish I could have seen it when it was popular back in its days. Malls are better than any Walmart will ever be.

This mall was seriously the best mall over the years. It was booming at one point and COVID pretty much shut down this place. Macy's and AMC officially moved out and the only places keeping this mall open are the V-Stock, and Cheesecake Factory. Aside from that, there are lots of cool, nifty independent shops within the mall and a historic museum. Also, they converted the first floor of the mall into pickleball/badminton courts. (can't beat indoor pickleball) I would also highly recommend this mall for mall walkers since traffic is low and they even have a mall walkers group there. And they give out prizes too. Plus the St. Louis Teachers’ Recycle Center is great for teachers with lots of good resources here! So, I would recommend anyone to check out this place. Solid memories, neat place to beat the heat/cold to get your steps in, and a 5/5 Star Cheesecake Factory in my humble opinion. Come here before the mall gets renovated! It's reportedly shutting down in 2024.

It is a shell of its past self. Most businesses are abandoned, smells like sewage at the entrance. Trash cans at the entrance are over flowing. The food court is now temporary pickle ball courts. No food. I didn't see any stores open of the few that remained. It was a very sad shock to my senses.

👍👍 This is by far one of the best shopping centers in the St. Louis area. There really is something for everyone! I especially love how Target and Walmart are literally right next to each each other!
