We are first timers here, at this location. But the Food was just okay, everything was lukewarm, with the exception of watered down mac & cheese, it was completely cold. And Suzanne our waitress served both plates with her thumbs in our plates. When i bought it to her attention. She never came back to our table. Only to bring the check, and when she cashed us out, i extended and opened my hand to get my card back. She makes eye 👁contact with me and proceeds to puts it on the table. With the ill show her stare.. 😉This is the southern "not" hospitality. Although i may patronize IHOP again in the near future, it most definitely wont be this location. Thanks suzanne for the experience. And it may be a coincidence 🤔but she followed us to the parking lot, and ended up next door behind us as we stopped at Circle K. .. Oh and parked right next to us.. Maybe just a weird coincidence . Smh. The building has a damp & musty odor as well.

Smoke sausage was burnt. Hashbrowns was cold and only cooked on 1 side. Eggs was cool as well. Waitress dropped off our food and didn't return again till we was getting ready to leave. Just a bad experience this time all around.

Lynne is amazing! The food was amazing as well despite them being busy. We had to wait awhile to get a biscuit as the kitchen gave us pancakes instead.

Pretty decent standard IHOP experience; service was good, food was served quickly and was pretty tasty. I haven't eaten in IHOP for years, I noticed that the coffee mugs and pots, as well as the plates, are quite a bit smaller than they were "back in the day". At least the food portions seem to remain relatively generous.

KC is absolutely the best hostess extremely patient and has her act together. We had an issue with a Togo order that was not her fault and she made it right...I couldn't ask for a better experience.....on a scale between 1-10 I'll give Y’all a 9.5 and I'll give KC and the team lead a 10.5

Service from Carmela was a 5 star! She was super friendly, fast and very attentive with refills and any side items needed. Will go there just to have see her again! That’s how customer service should be, but it’s hard to find good customer service anymore.

I've been 5 times. The first time the food was great. Each time after it has gotten worse. I kept going back thinking that it would improve. Unfortunately I keep getting really old coffee and undercooked food. They didn't even scrape the old layer off the grits, they just mixed it in. I tip well too. I kept thinking that corporate or management would step in but they haven't. I won't be back.

I've lived here 13 years, but yesterday was my first visit to this IHOP. It won't be my last. Everything was what you would want from a restaurant like this. Food was delicious, served hot and as ordered. Service was great. I'll definitely go there again.
