Shortly
after
writing
the
review,
I
was
contacted
by
the
finance
manager,
who
took
this
issue
into
his
hands.
He
was
able
to
connect
me
with
accounts
payable
and
get
my
refund
check
processed
right
away.
It
wasn’t
ideal
waiting
three
months
for
a
resolution,
but
happy
they
were
able
to
wrap
this
up
for
me.
A
big
thank
you
to
Denny
for
taking
this
over
and
all
of
your
hard
work
to
get
it
resolved;
I
really
appreciate
everything
you
did!
As
a
customer,
I
understand
that
things
are
moving
a
little
slower
these
days,
but
communication
is
always
the
key
to
great
customer
service.
Thank
you
all
again!
Don’t
buy
a
warranty
from
Camping
World.
We
bought
a
new
travel
trailer
from
them
a
few
years
ago
and
that
process
went
okay.
We’ve
sold
our
camper
since
then
and
I
called
Camping
World
to
cancel
the
warranty
I
purchased
with
them.
I’ve
been
working
with
a
Business
Manager
(Doug
Santos-Herrera)
trying
to
get
the
warranty
refunded
for
almost
three
months
now;
initial
contact
with
him
was
on
October
4,
2022
and
I
created
this
review
on
December
29,
2022).
He
hasn’t
provided
any
information
or
updates
throughout
the
process
and
only
responds
when
I
email
him
over
and
over
for
an
update.
To
date
I
still
haven’t
received
the
refund
owed
to
me
and
I
will
never
do
business
with
Camping
World
again.
It
is
a
shame
that
one
Business
“Manager”
can
sour
an
entire
experience
with
a
company.
