This place is a joke, they never get my order right and I don't order anything complicated other then the item on the menu without getting extras or anything. My order is wrong everytime, either by size or flavor or amount of milk/flavor in it. And most times they are out of a lot of flavors. Also, if you ask for light ice now, they don't fill your cup all the way. As if over 3$ for a drink isn't making them enough money.

The male manager was very rude while I was ordering. He kept talking over me, would not let me speak,and also had a very rude attitude. The garbage cans were very full and dirty. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

Tried Watermelon/raspberry refresher for the first time, a little sweet but good. Haven't been to DD in years so gr8 experience this time. Only went thru drive thru and didn't order food.

We had a bad experience with one of the cashiers, but lately everyone is great. Compared to other coffee shops, Dunkin has better prices, and a great selection of breakfast foods to chose from. Their seasonal flavors are always delicious!

Standard Dunkin', nothing special. Coffee was hot, but the breakfast sandwich could have been toasted more. The parking lot is dreadful.

The new store is beautiful, and as always the staff is great. They never forget to greet me by my name, and check if my stuff is ready if it isn't already waiting when I walk in.

I've had a few decent experiences here since the remodel but generally the coffee is not good. It usually tastes like water with flavoring in it. We'll usually head up the road to Edwardsville as it's usually much better but decided to give the Plymouth one a try today. My dog absolutely loves Dunkin in particular so we usually bring him. He's a good boy and should be given cheese. Unspoken rule in the dog world. Drive thru person barely said a word and was too distracted by other people talking. I get it. Service industry sucks in general but at the bare minimum a coffee shop (especially an international chain) should have at least decent coffee.

Always so helpful and quick I have gone there every day for 7 years and they have made my days alittle better each time always remembering my order they get you in and out quick and always have the best options and help you get something new when your feeling adventurous

I've always talked this Dunkin up, saying its the best in the radius of Hanover and Nanticoke... well I changed my mind. Food is ice cold, I only got half of my food. I paid extra for cold foam and there was a very very thin layer. I'm so upset. This was the new nice Dunkin in the aera too. I will drive the extra 15-20 minutes to go to Forty Fort.

the traffic is stupit 10 cars stuck to the light to get coffee that as no taste to it a hot coffee is cold cold is hot u get iced coffee get with no ice u will not get coffee they thinkk they are better then u since they work at a donut shop grow up people are better then u your a pesent working at dunkin grow up food is alwas bad and never with anythin to them hire better staff

20 minutes in line for this???? You have TWENTY MINUTES TO MAKE THIS BETTER, TO REDO IT AND YOU GAVE IT TO ME THIS WAY ANYWAY. Please don’t waste your time or money here. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

I always order via the app for pickup in drive thru. Always a pleasant experience. Staff is amazing as well
