I booked 4 appointments for a silk press and that is not what I got. They gave me a blow out. They use nothing for heat protection on my natural hair as well as the other 3 people who was with me to get their hair done. A child wash our hair and was very rough. The place did not seem that clean as it is in the photos online. Basically if you want a front lace wig put on go there. I would not recommend them for anything else

Amazing customer service, the environment is warm and welcoming. Customers are treated with respect and there are many other products to purchase for health amd wellbeing.

Charise does the best job out of anyone who has ever put braids in my hair. She works fast and whenever there is a time change in my appointment she lets me know way ahead of time. I won’t go anywhere else.

I wanted knotless braids with curls ! I got so much more amazing vibe as well as customer service. Each stylist was very diligent in welcoming clients and carrying out all requests made. Neat work , amazing price as well !! 10/10 would recommend #comingbacksoon!!

I haven't received services from the Salon, but my daughter Kenya had her Hair done there and I have to say it looked amazing. She said it was done by Asia, I have Alopecia and I would love for Asia to install a Wig for me.

I went for a closure sew-in and am extremely happy with the results! Dallas was so kind and great at doing hair. I will most definitely be back. I also got the bundles from them and the closure. The quality is 10/10 the lace is invisible.

Tenel from Dreamz provided hair services for our wedding and she was wonderful to work with! She carefully considered all of my suggestions and needs as a bride and everyone in the group looked amazing. The morning of the wedding was so chill and efficient and we all had a great time. My hair held and photographed beautifully all through the night (note the 10:30 pm dancefloor photo lol), and I could not have been happier!
