I love this place. First of all i don't know where I'd be without them. I just celebrated a year heroin and opiate free in October. Everyone here Doctor's especially are kind and understanding. They don't treat you like a complete drug addict loser and i appreciate that. My experience has been phenomenal

I have been with Crossroads Trestment Center formally Accessible Recovery Services for 5 yrs now. The staff are extremely nice! The girls are friendly, answer any questions you have, & take care of anything you need. I had Dr. Bedi forever! She was amazing & we had a very great doctor patient relationship. She ended up leaving & a new doctor Dr. Hartzog took over for her. I only seen him once due to me going monthly. He seems really nice & caring. He saod my buprenorphine levels were high which didn't really make any sense. I've never had a doctor say anything about my levels being high. And like I've said I've been with them for 5 years. It was kinda weird. But, other than that seems like a decent doctor

I love this place they get me in an out quick. They are also very nice there.

The staff is funny and always concerned about how you are personally. The doctors are great as well! Very clean environment!!

They were Very Polite & Professional with me. They took the time to explain everything to me. The waiting time for how busy the Staff was, wasn't bad at all. I would definitely recommend them to someone.

I've been a patient at Crossroads for about 4 years now, I hated going there in the beginning... no bs There had been times i sat and waited 3 hours to be seen by the Dr, I had to sit on the waiting room floor in McKeesport office. After a while I decided to transfer to the Monroeville office and couldn't believe the difference!! I was seen at the time of my appointment, I had a chair to sit in, the staff is absolutely fantastic, helpful, professional, and polite. Thank you Crossroads! I sincerely don't know if I would be here without you 💯.

I felt very weird when I got there , it’s not always what you say it’s how you say it.And there i felt uncomfortable unwelcomed rushed are like they were hiding something
