They’re horrible. You can be dying and they don’t care and will come up with excuses as to why they can’t help. The nurses act like they don’t like their jobs. (It’s their jobs to help the sick) why become a nurse if you don’t want to help people feel better. Worst experience ever. Just to go home and feel worse. Just let me in the hall for hours. Didn’t care that I staggered out dizzy etc even when I stated my head still hurt and have a history of migraines. If this hospital can get 0 stars it would. Unacceptable. Not thrilled. Still in pain. Still sick. Still hurt. Just to be told to wait until I see my doctors next Thursday. I could be dead by then. Thank you Forbes.

Worst ER service ever. I treat my dog better than they treat humans. Diabetic patient no sugar checks, no insulin, not even a drink of water in 8 hours. Bowel covered bandages .covering her feeding tube, never changed. She had a "hallway room" no privacy. It's like you're a side show act in the circus. Technician comes and flips her shirt up to hook up EKG and shows her breast to the whole hallway. Then she's to be admitted no rooms available so she will probably have to spend the night in the ER hallway because, even though ER rooms empty out they don't move you from the hallway to a room and there are no beds available upstairs. What a joke this place is.

I was taken in for chest pain that trigger a seizure and as I was coming out of it I heard some very rude comments made by the staff because he had to help lift me out of the truck with my fiance which is a fireman btw. The nurse made comments about loosing his bowl and bladder from lifting me and would be peeing blood and then yelled in the hall about him having a disc herniation all while his girl nurses said they wouldn't of done that if they were him . I went into a seizure in the truck so they had to bring the stretcher out and as they unloaded me I was coming out of it at which time another nurse made a smart comment oh look now she can fully follow us with her eyes. When I got rolled back they told me to move up on the stretcher which I could but slowly as I was tired at that point and they made more comment about how could she do that but not help with the other stuff. Uhm I was in a seizure.This is not this first time. I've had comments like this from forbes so if you are bigger or deal with multiple types of seizures steer clear of forbes hospital!

My son was taken by ambulance for sudden and extreme dehydration. Unfortunately one of our ED nurses, Judy P, decided it was an appropriate time for a university student to practice his phlebotomy. My son ended up with no IV because of a Judy's bad call AND she then proceeded to continuously cause my son pain by pulling at the IV inserted by ambulatory services and quite literally shoved a covid test in and out of his nostrils making him scream in pain and fear. She then proceeded to tell me he was just mad Our other nurses were great and doing their best.

I arrived at 7am and was the 4th person in the frigid room. Granted earlier patients may have been being tended to. I was actually seen at 10:30am. I was kept in a hallway by the elevator and ferried back and forth to various testing sites always to return to the hallway. Another patient and their spouse were also there. There was NO privacy. I was told my diagnoses in that hallway in earshot of other people. I think that's a HIPAA violation. The very sweet staff did keep me in linen blankets.

I been waiting for 9 hrs. no joke!! The nurse told me that just hang in there as long as you can. What?!

Devastating experience. There wasn’t a doctor to see you, only a harsh female physician’s assistant who showed little interest in helping. I actually left there feeling worse. I can’t believe this “ER” is still in operation. Would give 0 if I could

Amazingly pitiful physician assistants. No doctors. The nurse staff is good but terribly overworked and understaffed. Horrible diagnosis and selection of tests. Tried to ask questions and they just walked off without answering them.
