Terrible,un
informed,clueless
staff
and
rude
manager
Bought
levian
ring
had
it
2
months
and
the
stone
came
loose
took
it
back
and
it
was
sent
back
to
ernest
jones
repair
department
A
month
later
phoned
to
find
out
were
it
was
and
was
told
the
back
off
the
stone
was
damaged
and
it
was
being
sent
back
to
levian
and
was
also
told
i
would
have
to
pay
£290
on
a
ring
with
a
lifetime
guarantee
after
2
months
of
ownership.phoned
numerous
times
too
find
out
what
was
going
on,none
off
the
staff
knew
what
was
going
on
including
the
rude
manager
who
denied
knowing
anything
about
it(even
though
it
was
her
who
said
we
had
to
pay)had
to
phone
numerous
times
as
no
one
contacted
us
back
Complained
to
head
office
got
a
call
that
day
off
manager
apologizing
and
stating
she
didnt
know
about
the
problem
Was
offered
a
new
ring(not
in
stock)
Refund
or
the
ring
repaired
free
off
charge
I
wanted
my
ring
back
so
took
the
repair
Went
into
the
store
today,ignored
by
a
staff
member
who
was
messing
with
some
watches
Eventually
got
served
and
was
told
i
couldn't
have
the
ring
until
I
paid
£290
Said
i
would
not
pay
she
said
she
would
have
to
speak
to
the
manger
who
wouldnt
come
out
off
the
back
room
and
speak
to
me
Was
made
to
wait
20
minutes
while
she
read
through
the
notes,eventually
got
the
ring
and
didnt
have
too
pay
I
would
NEVER
NEVER
buy
anything
off
ernest
jones
again
disgracefull
service
and
attitude
towards
there
customers
