Very nicely decorated, looks very luxurious, super cozy! Also nice that so much attention was paid to details (in most saunas everything is very limited), but here even body lotion, hand cream, conditioner,... everything is there (and certainly not the cheap products)! 🤩 The only disadvantage was that we were not able to use a swimming pool, it was outside and the water was really too cold to swim there unfortunately + the chlorine in the jacuzzi seemed like punishment (because of asthma I felt it hard in my lungs and our eyes stung enormously). with moments), but normally we don't spend that long in the jacuzzi, we usually go swimming more so that may just be because of that 😁 But really very pleased with it, super clean, affordable, very beautiful, cozy,... we will definitely come back!!! The birthday package unit 'Arabian Night' was chosen for my friend, the reception was good but it was a shame that the explanation was limited. Bath slippers were missing and the jacuzzi was not yet on. In addition, the website also stated: “Free choice from the menu”, this was included, but nothing was said about this and I had forgotten to ask. For the rest we really enjoyed it, very nicely decorated with balloons and candles! The sauna is nice and clean, we will definitely come back!

The day itself I received a message that all jacuzzis had broken down, it can happen, so I asked for my money back, to which they agreed. Only after asking so many times again and being ignored did I finally have to threaten to file a complaint and only then did I get my money back? Fraudster sauna, very unprofessional and biggest joke! The person behind customer service (whapp) is either cunning or has an IQ of a flip-flop because this is simply not possible. Government service will definitely come by!

Wij hebben unit zelia geboekt met buitenzwembad en bose installatie. (Zwembad was 40cm diep,zwemmen is onmogelijk) en er stond een kleine bluethoot speaker van jbl wat volgens hun hetzelfde is als bose 😁 Geen eucalypthus in de sauna of stoomcabine. In de stoomcabine zetten ze de spoeier voor het koud water boven de stoom dus deze is zo heet Dat u hem niet Kan gebruiken Om in de jacuzzi te gaan en eruit te komen is ook niet handig Vriendelijk onthaald in het begin maar als u over de mankementen begint slaat de toon snel om (dit Kan u ook lezen in de overige antwoorden op de reviews.

Gisteren met het gezin waarvan drie jonge kinderen de Arabian Night unit genomen. De kinderen hebben zich rot geamuseerd in het verwarmd buitenzwembad. Dit terwijl wij in de jacuzzi, stoombad of sauna zaten. Alles was zeer proper en goed onderhouden! Ook in het buitenzwembad was het water lekker helder. Wij waren hier al geweest en komen zeker nog terug...

We visited here again on 29/3 in the urban jungle. Very nice sauna, all the trimmings. Outside pool was heated and pleasant. The reception was very friendly, the lady with the short blonde hair deserves a big compliment for her spontaneous interaction with the customers. We will definitely come back, see you next time 😁

They can do better than that for the price

Bad service. Jacuzzi did not work, neither did steam room. Outside pool was barely heated. After 20 minutes of struggling in the jacuzzi, it took another 10 minutes before the phone was answered. “We can't help you, we can't do anything about this.” The room was cold and there was little to do other than the sauna as the 3 other facilities did not work properly. We were also told by phone that we had to leave. So we lost an hour (out of the 3 hours booked). They asked to pay in full (!) for the 2 remaining hours. After “arguing” on the phone, we continued with a discount. They said they were going to continue renting out the unit (with broken jacuzzi). I have rarely experienced such poor service. After being here 3 times they won't see us again. Their response states that they had called us in advance. We arrived on site and were the first to notice the problem, otherwise we wouldn't have been struggling in the jacuzzi for 20 minutes if we knew in advance that the temperature was not working. So it is best to check your spaces before renting them out and perhaps answer the phone sooner.

I came by somewhere last week and thought it was fantastic, the service was super good and it was very relaxing. I recommend this to anyone who needs a day of rest. I will definitely come back!

We are very satisfied with the service, the ladies are very friendly. The complexes are always clean. We visit regularly and use almost all the units. If something is disappointing, it is best to discuss this with the owner. A super sweet lady who really understands and listens to customers... offering a solution where possible. Units are comfortably furnished, our favorite is the luxurious urban Jungle. You should definitely try this one.

The outdoor pool was cold again for the 2nd time, the jacuzzi was nice and warm, unfortunately this is the last time for me!
