My son had been looking for a leather bracelet. He'd previously tried quite a few on in another well known high street jewellers where the assistant had no interest in him at all. The young assistant here couldn't of been more different. Very helpful, friendly yet still professional, nothing was to much trouble with no expectation to buy. The other assistants in the shop also seemed very friendly. Only popped in on a whim but very glad we did. Thank you.

Went in for an eid present for my mum and was assisted by Chloe. Absolutely excellent customer service, not only did she show me the bracelet i wanted, she showed me a few other products she thought i might like, and she was right. I am so glad I visited TH Baker in Wolverhampton today to look for an engagement ring, Chloe helped me and found me my forever ring! I wanted something unique and I had visited other shops who didn’t quite get what I wanted, but Chloe found it straight away well within our budget! THERE IS A NEW SHERRIF IN TOWN!..a new manager who knows how to relate with customers is presently in this lovely store .I visited this store almost three years ago but, was disappointed ihowever , checking them a few days ago to change the baterry of my wrist watch, I was given first class service as returning customer through the help of the new manager . I can wholeheartedly recommend this store .. Thanks to you guys

I purchased a ring Christmas for £1000 supposedly reduced from £2000 the shop staff said I could have it sized if I paid which I did 4 months later the ring opened up on the joint I took it to be independently assessed the sizing was substandard and very poor work I told the manager who said it had been caught then he said it was a gold ring when I had paid for platinum the lies coming out his mouth were beyond belief To add insult I had the ring independently valued it came back at £120 never buy off these people again very rude and selling tat

We bought my daughter a Ted Baker bangle for her birthday from here on the advice of the sales staff that it was adjustable as she only had slim wrists. The bangle broke a few weeks later, and we explained over the phone that we were recommended this particular bangle by a young girl working there as it was adjustable, we said we no longer had the receipt as we didn't expect to bring it back, but the person on the phone said that we could show the transaction on a print out of our bank statement which they said was fine and to bring it in store. We arrived in store to be told that this wasn't a fault in the product but damage caused by my daughter(from adjusting it as recommended in the shop by their staff!) , and as it broke when my daughter was at school it was insinuated that this was damaged on purpose. They wouldn't replace the item, but offered to sell us another - believe me i'll never purchase another item from your store!

went into T.H.Baker yesterday with my partner to look around and were made feel very welcome by Nico and other staff members. we had some lovely conversations be me and my partner found a perfect promise ring we'd been looking for, for sometime. Nico made the buying experience really easy and very enjoyable. excellent service, would highly recommend.

A little concerned with this place, had a battery fitted to my son’s watch, took them forty mins and bought a life time one, few months down, the battery went, so took it back and then they took four weeks to sort it out ?!?

However a kind salesman by the name of Tristan was able to sort out this dilemma by helping us find out the correct size and sent off for adjustments. I made 3 attempts to purchase charms for my nomination bracelet and had 3 different responses all unfortunately negative. On the one visit the staff didn't want to look behind display material for another event to help me find what i was looking for. On other visits i have been completely ignored. I have since bought my charms from TH Baker in Shrewsbury where the staff have been welcoming, polite, interested and helpful.

Had a great experience today, went to go and collect some earrings i left for repair, did take a while to get repaired however Tegan helped me out and was very polite and friendly,made my experience more enjoyable.
