    Come to the entertainer with my grandson to see a batman character should have been here for 10 o'clock and we are still waiting for him to appear 1 hour later very disappointed

    Correct Covid-19 precautions in place. Staff all wearing masks. Was not overcrowded. Some usually higher priced items on sale and offer such as the Hex building series down to £29 from £89. Clean and hygienic, hand sanitiser available at entrance. Staff were helpful, friendly and professional.
