We have had the privilege of having Dr Roz Alexander as our family doctor for the last 10 years. In this time, it’s fair to say that we have thrown all manner of medical situations at her and in every single instance Dr Roz has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and kind. Her warmth and care when seeing my children is just exceptional, to the point that my kids get SO excited when it’s time to see the doctor because it means they get to see Dr Roz. Sometimes I wonder whether they pretend to feel unwell just so they can have a catch up with one of their favourite people. Dr Roz used to work at a practice just around the corner from us but we followed her to Next Practice and we are so thrilled we did. Let’s be honest - when you find a doctor of Roz’s calibre? You stick with them. Thank you Dr Roz for everything that you have done for our family. We feel so very lucky that you are our doctor, you are truly exceptional.

I have just witnessed the most heartless interaction from the disgusting reception staff towards a patient. This poor gentlemen was trying to express he had an urgent appointment and couldn’t afford the ridiculous consultation fees we now have to pay. The receptionist then had the audacity to say “well if you can’t afford it, you shouldn’t come for an appointment”. I understand this is a business but you are a primary health care provider, is this poor gentleman supposed to wait in an emergency department thats bursting at the seams for 16 hours? Just give him an invoice. This practice isn’t exactly going to go bankrupt. The doctors are fantastic but maybe train your abhorrent admin staff some compassion.

Where to even start. Dr Roz Alexander has been my doctor for over a year now and she is absolutely incredible! Every time I see her, I leave feeling confident and so happy. I always come home to my husband telling him how much I love her as a doctor. She is definitely my doctor for life and i’m about to have a baby, and she will definitely be his doctor too. Can’t recommend her more highly! Thank you for everything Dr Roz! Please never leave!

Dr. Roz has been my doctor for many years and I absolutely love her. She is so kind hearted, compassionate and goes the extra mile to help me with any of my health concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a long term regular GP. The clinic takes its Covid health and safety procedures seriously. Anyone with flu like symptoms even if they are from another illness must be tested for covid before they can be treated. Clients are made aware of this before booking an appointment and I think it unfair to be unhappy with a GP because they were following this protocol (like all other clinics do). This is to keep everyone’s health and safety a priority so if you care for others you shouldn’t have a problem with this.

We have been lucky enough to have Dr Roz as our family Dr for over 7 years. Having 3 young children, there has been many Dr visits! Dr Roz never rushes you out, she makes sure that all your concerns are answered, she supports you and listens to you. She is extremely thorough and holistic in her care; taking an individual approach rather than a “one size fits all” approach. My kids love seeing Dr Roz, and they always feel comfortable around her. I seriously do not know what I would do without her, a GP like Roz is a one in a million.

Dr Roz Alexander is a truly amazing GP. She is very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to fully understand my concerns and provides very thorough treatment plans and follow up. The receptionists have always been very helpful and friendly. The practice building itself is lovely and modern, with plenty of parking.

I usually see Dr Roz Alexander who is first class - punctual, very caring but professional and efficient. I have also found Dr Therese McLaren to be equally good. The whole practice is really well set out and all the staff are well trained, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Best medical centre I have ever experienced.

I cannot speak highly enough about this practice. It has several doctors, with varying specialties, together with nursing staff and Western Diagnostics on-site. The reception staff are very good and telephone hold times are minimal. One of the benefits is a complete medical history completed initially, and then staff send reminders when repeat medical tests are to be done. A patient is very thoroughly taken care of, and this is done with a friendly, courteous and timely manner. My practitioner is Dr Mary-Therese Wyatt who is exceptional. My various health needs are taken care of completely and I feel that she "hears" what I am saying. I feel very fortunate to be a patient at this practice. Jennifer Wood.

Dr. Jonathan at the practice provided an incredibly positive experience by skillfully removing a big pea from my toddler's nose. His warm and reassuring demeanor instantly put us at ease. He attentively listened to our concerns and swiftly assessed the situation. With expertise and a gentle approach, he effortlessly extracted the pea without causing any discomfort. Dr. Jonathan's professionalism, care, and expertise made the process smooth and stress-free. I am immensely grateful for his exceptional service and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking medical assistance.

Thank you to Dr Mary Wyatt who was still working on 31/12/22 in the afternoon. Dr Wyatt and staff saw my unwell son in the Respiratory Clinic as we are visiting from Melbourne and did not have a regular GP or want to take an emergency department slot. Everything was very well run from booking online to swab to review with the doctor. Thank you for providing this service and giving up time with family for this. GP clinics are the backbone of our health system, you are doing amazing work.

Our baby has been to see Dr Jonathan Tan several times now and I highly recommend him. Dr Naz Khan was also great with him. Wait times have been minimal. Very pleased with the service at this practice.

Don't even bother booking with dr Roz Alexander. Her inexperience in chronic illnesses is extremely questionable! I regret having seen her. I suffer from Bronchiectasis, not Covid. All I needed was a yearly blood test for overall health. She sent me for a Covid test while I've been able to walk briskly up & down the hill on the same afternoon at the age of 75, no cold, no temperature, no Asthma, no sore throat, no headaches, bouncing with energy. It proved, PCR test came back NEGATIVE. What a nut case, caused me so much inconvenience for nothing. Total waste of Taxpayers' money, sending me for a test, alerting the Health Department... Even banning me from visiting Next Practice, assuming I came with a cold. Further more, she claims the Flu vax ONLY lasts 3-4 months, defying Science. She told me, May is the time to get the Flu vax while the WA CHO told us to get in quick for the Flu vax because this Winter, we are being hit with Flu very early in the Season unlike last year. WA is now struck with Covid and we have no border restrictions anymore. Suffering from the Flu together with Covid is likely going to be fatal for some, including me with chronic respiratory problems. On top of that, she said, I'm NOT eligible for a 2nd Covid booster while another clinic immediately booked me in because I well and truly am eligible for it.... I pity the ones who get taken care by her, she is definitely not up to date with today's development. Any Practitioner needs to update their knowledge, obviously she does not and sticks with the outdated medical science : ( Sadly, she sets the standards of this entire clinic as being quite low, considering she is part of the Team.

I cannot fault Grove Medical, the doctors are all so lovely, the practice is always clean, tidy and calming. I love that it doesn't seem like you're in a drab medical clinic, the styling is well thought out and I love that they play music and a few finer details like water and tea for clients. There is also a Western Diagnostics on site now which is so convenient. I have been seeing Dr Roz for a few years now and she's honestly one of the best GPs I've ever seen. Her bedside manner is amazing and you can tell she's invested in her patients. I've recommended Dr Roz and Grove Medical to so many friends in the area.

Great GPs, staff, location. However they are chronically behind for every appointment - even those at the very start of the day. Delays for upwards of 45 minutes at 9am are not uncommon in my experience.
